He is dead on about mockups! I have a shop and put time into making it cohesive with my brand - including the banner also. Sellers don’t really like spilling the tea to avoid copycats and they are all out there. Use creative market for all mockups, but you need photoshop or I think something similar that works with “smart objects” is how I learned. Etsy sells them too, but look elsewhere for a distinctive look that match your branding. Look at successful shops and focus on their color scheme, font choice, and overall scheme to their listings. You can also see if certain mockups are on Etsy as well. Note: they sell it at a higher price on Etsy than they do creative market. Also he is giving you good nuggets, but won’t tell you all the tea. You have to figure it out yourself, but his message is clear enough to get you started. His advice is solid. Again don’t expect RUclipsrs to tell you complete step-by-step to help you run your shop.. unless you pay for it. Do your homework and figure it out - just don’t copy.
Selling an attachment or accessory would be the correct phrase not cross-selling, Just a note I've notice also people that repeat words in titles are seen less in the search

Etsy is starting to be like Amazon. Yiu need to spend more time to get noticed at all even when you do everything you just mentioned. Etsy also show cases new shops more so if yiu are an older shop like me, you are out of luck.

Creative Fabrica has a monthly charge but it's so small for what u get it's worth it

My thumbnails for my products (seem) blurry, is there anything you should do before uploading it? The original Version looks good tho.
What resolution are your thumbnail images? And what is your export file type?
