In the Caribbean my granny insisted that once your hair grows to a certain length. One should braid your hair in big braids & also use wide tooth combs.
That sounds like it smells so good! I just recently have been experimenting with peppermint oil on my fiance's hair! I really am dying to try rosemary soon! Tea tree oil is so amazing!❤
It's funny, but before you even named the first thing, I was thinking, "my lavender tea/spray helped thicken up my hair when I was using it consistently" lol. So I was glad to hear you say Lavender oil lol 😊.
I tried the mini braid challenge, but i could only go 6 weeks and on the 7th i changed it to twists. Because my hair is dense, but with fine strands so i was always covering my hair with a scarf cuz i wasn't comfortable. I want to take it to 3 months fully but it's so hard having fine strands
Hey lilgeefrmdav3135, no I don't wear weaves usually, I just wear my hair naturally in braids. I did in the past use Marley hair extensions when my hair was super short, so essentially yes previously before I started the channel, but when my hair started to touch my shoulders I just wore it without extensions after that.
I don’t know if you ever heard this but ever time I hear you speak, I say to myself she speaks very confident and elegant.
Thank you so much, that means a lot ❤❤

I love lavender oil ❤! I mix it with peppermint, tea tree, rosemary, castor, olive, grapeseed and rosehip oil!

Could you please do a full video of your mini braid install even tho you speed it up please ? 🥺❤️🙏🏾
Thank you for the idea, I'll definitely take it into consideration
Hey! Could you make a video on how you make the shikakai shampoo? ☺
Absolutely!
I need to find and try this lavender now...becoz castor oil didn't work for thickening mine

I completely understand, do you find that twists tend to work better for you?
@@EtherielleHB twits are good for having my hair out but they aren't the best for long term protective styles
Love Shikakai ❤!! I also use fenugreek, brahmi hibiscus and moringa ❤
That's great! I honestly haven't experimented with brahmi and moringa yet! I'm eager to try it!
@@EtherielleHB moringa is amazing it has thickened my hair so much !!
I think I'm allergic to it, it makes my skin itch!
Do you wear weaves if you want to leave them in for a year for example faux locs and Bahamian braids
