Its an interesting crossroads a lot of wow players and streamers find themselves at. Its really hard to reinvent yourself though, its basically like starting from scratch, Id love to branch out myself though. What are your plans?
I stopped playing a few months back. World of Warcraft was my hobby. It helped me through a dark time in my life and for that i'll be forever grateful. Sadly the direction what the game is going in just didn't appeal to me and was time to move on.
It's so sad when I enjoy watching old MoP/Cata PvP videos more than I do even playing the current content aha. It actually makes me so sad to see how good the game used to be and like you said .... What direction the game is going in.
Try this deck in Royal Minions barbs hog poison zap fire spirts ice wiz and mini pekka. If you don't have ice wiz goblins will do. This deck got me from 2000 to 2536 cups enjoy!!!
You should try playing Ark. its a pretty fun game to play on stream, but only play multiplayer because singleplayer is extremely boring. its all about having team mates in Ark too. also the game has a steep learning curve itll take a long time to completely understand the game or even how to play it at all.
+kidmanier I agree with what you're saying, the game is pretty shit now and has changed a lot from what it used to be but all I'm saying is that I think it really depends on the group of people you play with whether it becomes quickly boring or not, that's how I feel anyway
I "quit" as well. The game isn't as fun as it used to be for me. Personally, WoD has been my least played expansion. Even though I played a lot of it, it is nothing compared to the past expansions. A lot of bad design choices has killed it for me. Garrisons are terrible, ashran sucks, no capital cities, pvp is bland, a lot of elements have just taken a bad turn. I didn't play legion alpha, but have no motivation to play legion as of right now. I don't think that'll change once its released either.
Would you play a Vanilla or tbc version if blizzard make it? I'm currently playing on a wotkl private server with friends and i am having a lot of fun :) I will definitely play a tbc official server if blizzard will do it :)
Well that sucks I've been watching on twitch for a long long time. But I quit as well pretty much for the same reason and some others. Blizzard thinks that making the game so easy anyone can think they're good in 2 weeks is the answer, but instead that takes away the sense of true reward if everyone is special if everyone is good then no one is and there is no reward or anything to aspire to accomplish. For so many years people talked about this or that "Wow killer" that always fizzled compared to wow in the end the Wow killer is going to be WOw itself.

It's more so the direction they're going in. Everyone is a damage bot now, there is little to no opportunity anymore for people to outplay others. The gap between a skilled player and a just ok player is getting smaller and smaller with each expack. Which is a nightmare for people who want to play competitive PVP.

because there are 0 private servers with a good skillcap playerbase anymore. Arena-tournament is dead and that was the only good server that had players who were glad/rank 1. yes there are other servers that are big but they are PvE servers with a low skillcap in pvp.. no point in it.

I mean I don't like the game now as you do, nor do I like no lifing over it instead of hanging out with friends, but I just log on and play some bgs and maybe some arenas, just for me, and out of love for wow. Also, why don't you try overwatch? the hype is real over it these days around apparently.
