    Lillian Hanly has a 50/50 chance of inheriting Huntington’s, a neurodegenerative disease. With a number of her family testing positive for the gene, and her mother already affected by it, she must come to a decision: Get tested now or continue to live on, in the unknown.

    Big thank you to Lillian and her family for sharing their personal story in relation to the challenges of deciding whether to get tested or not. I know the Huntington’s community will appreciate this realistic representation of the impacts of Huntington’s disease on a family

    I'd want to know. Especially if I was having a family, so they didn't inherit this disease.

    As long as not having children. It ok if you choose not too get tested .Otherwise be Cruel to pass on to a child in my opinion.

      Fine as long as you don't plan on having children.This horrid disease can be eradicated if gene positive people either do not have bio children or use IVF and only use gene negative embryo.
