this is so quintessentially dallon. i think he vocally matured touring with panic! and the clarity and cohesiveness of his voice have just improved immensely. he's always been a great writer, but his voice has just gotten even better in terms of aesthetic. the vibrato and even the straight notes sound amazing. great work from a beautifully talented musician.
