One feature not shown in this review and demonstration video is the fact that the flight board in this now has two 3-pin sockets to take an S-bus or DSM satellite receiver. This gives you the option of using the toy grade included transmitter, a Multi Protocol transmitter (on V761/4ch protocol), a Spektrum transmitter, or any other brand of transmitter capable of sending to a compatible S-bus receiver. The only features missing now are a dedicated PWM throttle channel outlet to allow for brushless upgrades and to move the built-in Elevator and Rudder servos off the board for ease of upgrading and servicing.

I loved mine the first day. Amazing little flyer. Day two the aileron servo locked up causing it to bank, crash and cartwheel. I'm still waiting to hear from Banggood for some resolve.
The "Flyaway Problem" was present in all the Volantex V761 planes (3 and 4ch, high wing and first issued units of the P-51) up until about when the first 'Legends" series "Eachine" re-brands came out. Also about the time they changed from the push-in-top/bottom trim switches on the Txs to the current slide-up/slide-down type. The newer Txs can't reverse the gyro/servo directions on the planes now either BUT the feature is still extant on the flight boards (I believe) if you get 1 of the older Txs and hold an A, E, or R stick hard over for a few seconds BEFORE arming the motor. Handy for installing the boards on other scratch-built planes.
@@Mikeylikesit1968 That might be possible, but for the experiences of the average incompetent kid/oldie you only need to read some of the Amazon reviews from way back then. It actually lands and takes off well ruclips.net/video/pjzCPKiSwUQ/видео.html But I wouldn't expect much improvement by removing the gear, as the gear is lightweight with minimal drag.
I don't have landing gear on as I fly in grassy fields. I've heard you can damage the prop if you don't land it properly from a lot of videos I've seen. How I land it, is I glide it in with almost no throttle against the wind and then gradually give little boosts. When it's almost at stall speed low to the long grass, I cut throttle and it lands with prop still on. I'm using the 2 blade prop on the zero. I'm fairly new to this but this other had extensive experience with these planes and he said unless you have a runway to land it was better to fly without gear. My reason I do it, the reasoning seems logical. In grass field the gear is catch and going to pivot the plane sharply downwards the ground putting extreme pressure on the prop and nose of aircraft. But without gear, it seems to land no problem at all. And I know this because the prop seems to always be attached when I'm landing

If you fly with a TX16S RMaster in manual mode, the Spitfire will need 2 pennies under the engine access door. The P51,T28,Zero w/solid canopy didn't need any weight added.
