cool , I'm looking forward to your quick shifter review on the 750. I am 5'7" 145# and think a 750 would fit me better. Thanks for the video , & ride safe bro !
Gorgeous bikes! I just sold my motorcycle a few weeks ago, it was my first, but felt I outgrew it fairly quickly (Kawasaki Vulcan S 650). I’m eyeing the GSX-R 750 because I think it will be an exciting upgrade, whereas with a 1000 cc bike, I worry I’ll be intimidated. I only started riding three years ago, so I don’t want to exceed my skills.
@wadeharris3159 Thank you, my friend! I am a staunch advocate of the 750. It truly gives you the best of both worlds. As for the 1000, I read you loud and clear. It is a powerful bike, but it's not uncontrollable. As alluded to in the video, you cab bridle the bike back and unleash it incrementally according to your comfort level. I can tell you're a wise rider. You'd be okay. But all the best in your decision. Thanks for swinging through! 😉🫡
Well, not quite. There are plenty of mechanical parts that are interchangeable between the two, but generally speaking they are two distinct machines. Now, the 600 and 750 are nearly identical, with only real difference being the engines.
Hey man I noticed you have a aftermarket seat on the 1000. Is that the Tappizzeria brand? I was debating on getting the memory foam version. Would you say it’s worth the money?
What's happening, Hugo.. yes, it is the Sixty61 Tappezzeria seat cover. It came with just the covers, no foam. Perfect fit and easy install, too. It is a bit pricey, but I have seen other brands that are pricier than that. If I had to do it again, I would.
Hi a question for anybody that can help me can you change the oil in the GSXR 1000 without taking that pain in the ass fairing off because my Hayabusa 2005 it's a real pain in the neck you have to take the fairing off to just to change the oil.
@richardcerritelli9657 If you're doing an oil change only, you can get to the drain plug without moving the fairings. If you're replacing the filter, you'll need to pull off the left fairing.
Well you called me right to the carpet huh? 😉 That is such a tough choice, but I think I would have to go with the 1K. The # 1 reason would have to be comfort. At 6ft tall, I definitly feel less room on my 750 as compared to the 1K. # 2 The 1K has more tech features - full display; maintenance, and fuel indicators etc. However, the 750 was my very first bike, and the 1K was my second. if I had to do it all over again, I'd get the 750 first and then the 1K. However, if I could only have one, it would be the 1K. So there you have it. I feel like I just betrayed my child LOL. Ask me the same question next week and I will probably flop the other way. 🙂
@@QuikkSilver Cool thanks for that. I'm asking because I already have a 750 which I'm converting to a full time track bike, so need another bike for street riding. I'm obviously considering the 1K (or just another 750) I need to go test ride the 1k to see if it's a good fit. I love Suzuki's so I hope it clicks
@@__Max-oe6zm Aaah I see. If you already have a 750. You will love the 1K. They feel so similar-- light and nimble, but that 1K has more room and obviously the throttle is way deeper. I just went on two back to back long rides this weekend, and I tell you that 1K is simply awesome. I'd love to hear your thoughts after you test one out. Best of wishes on the purchase.
@@QuikkSilver Thanks man, I'm hoping it feels familiar, just not sure if it's even worth getting a 1K. I mean it's a little newer tech, maybe a little more comfort (I'm 6ft too) but I'm not really looking to accelerate quicker or go faster than it's possible to go on the 750, The extra low down torque might be nice not to have to drop back to 1st gear around some corners but I'd hate to feel like I miss the 750 and worry the 1K might limit the fun factor because I have to ride (almost) everywhere at 50% throttle. I guess I'm just hoping the 1K isn't too different really. Too much thinking, not enough test riding - only way to know.
@SIRA063, the 600 and 750 is basically the same bike - same chassis, etc., just different HP and Lbs. With that said, it's a great commuter bike to zip around the city or the suburbs. And since it's a smaller cc bike, it won't run as hot as a liter bike would in those environments. Granted, it is a sports bike, but it is quite comfortable. It's not going to wear you out in those environments. 😎
Very good question. I will tell you, the 1K naturally runs hot. However, the fans should be kicking on once you hit around 219 or so. Under normal circumstances the bike is air cooled, so depending on the temperature in the environment 35 miles an hour might not be enough to keep it from runinng that high. Its normally in inner city traffic that I notice the bike hovering at higher temperatures. You might also consider flushing out the coolant that the dealer filled it with and get Engine Ice. 😎
@LETSRIDEMIKE Thank you very kindly, my friend. The gloves are the Riparo full gauntlets. Depending on the weather and the type of riding I plan to do, I gear up accordingly. In the video, I have on an armored undershirt, with a regular hoodie over top. Same goes for my footwear. In the video, I am pretty sure they are the Alpinestars Sektor Shoes. Otherwise, I will wear my Sedici Corsas.
@30A98RoadRage Thanks, my friend. Congrats on the new bike, I am happy for you. The difference between the 'Z' model and the standard is the Team Suzuki color scheme. Otherwise, underneath the fairings, the bikes are identical. I bet Friday can't get here soon enough! Enjoy your new incredible machine, and stay safe. 🫡
@flexlobi Thanks, my brother. I got the windscreen for my 750 from Motosport. The 1000 I got on eBay, it-tuning, it's a company based in Italy. Their both Puig Zero Gravity screens.
Am interested on a GSXR 600 or 750 What year's would be a good year with better technology and better mechanicals? Any recommendations I would really appreciated. Cool channel, you don't talk fast and able to understand. Much blessings 🙌 Ty 🏍🏍🏍😎😎😎💪🙌
@ppg19782 I appreciate you stopping by and sharing those kind words. I can tell you that there is not much difference between the 600 and the 750 besides a little more weight and a few more horse power. Other than that, the bikes are virtually the same. Both bikes will hold their own on the road. These are raw street bikes, so there is no TC, ABS, CC, TFT display, or any of the other bells and whistles that are nearly standard on other bike brands. They do come with two rider modes, which are very useful. I really couldn't tell you what year hosted the best GSX-R, but I would encourage you to just get a new bike, that way you'll have warranty just in case you run into any mechanical problems. You never know how much neglect a bike has been subjected to by the previous owner. If you want to see a mean 600 in action, check out my video "Ride toEldersburg, Maryland" Bike & Breakfast. You'll see a 600 running with liter bikes, with no problem. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions. All the best, my brother!! 😎🫡✌️
@QuikkSilver ty for your honest opinion. It made me think what you have said 🤔.. You never know how the previous owner took care of the bike....don't want surprises 😮...lol. On my research in the net and youtube I take notes and just compare. So far the 2020 GSXR 600 has good reviews and you're right it could hold itself with the bigger CC's. I seen some of them Certified though...am not in a rush..just want to buy a reliable easy to repair bike since it will be in my bucket list..😁😁 Thank you for your response Much blessings brother Safe riding. (Going to check the video mentioned) Peace outttttt 🏍🏍🏍😎😎😎💪💪💪🙌🙌🙌
@Wml_dre Yes, I removed the fender and plate holder myself. The problem is that I threw it away a long time ago. It is possible that I recorded it, but I need to go back and check my files. Let me see what I can do...
@@Wnl_dre My man!! I appreciate it. I'm about to dig through the archives.🤞 I got the tidy kit off of ebay. Here's the link: www.ebay.com/itm/333581147939 Hopefully more to follow..✊
Cool bikes and content, what a blessing to be able to have both. I've been looking to buy the 2024 gsxr1000r or 750 in tbe traditional white and blue color at a local dealer here in California for last month at least, and still can not decide. I can only afford one at the moment... If I had to pick one, which one would you recommend? Please help!
@israellarranaga8392 Thanks, my brother! I will tell you; as I am sure you already know, both bikes are amazing. But the 750 is a bit more versatile. You could commute with it, run errands, cruise around, and then you could also run with the bigger bikes out on the highway. Basically it gives you the best of both worlds as far as lightweight functionality, with that heavy weight punch. Now, the 1000 can be bridled down so that it behaves more like the 750, but that bigger bike is going to pull more out of you on those longer rides. You'll feel it more in your hands, wrists, knees, etc., because bigger bike vibrates harder. But it is a coin flip. The downside to the 750 is that there is no quickshifter (unless you install an aftermarket; which I did) that can be a gamechanger for some. You also only get a fuel light and not a guage; not too much of a biggie, one should get to know their bike to the point where you almost know intuitively when you should be stopping for gas, etc. Otherwise, I absolutley love my 750. The dealer should let you test ride them both if you are adamant on buying. I am curious to know how it works out for you. Keep me posted.
That’s pretty cool you got a 750 and 1000 I am thinking of doing the same I have my 08 gsxr i bought new back in 2008 I might get a 24 gsxr 1000cc my heart was on the bmw s1000rr or r1 but man I love me some gsxr been riding this all my life. Are the fairings aftermarket or stock ?
@HotSizzleTV_ They are some amazing machines. I can only imagine whipping an 08 -- that would have to be an experience - just raw bike ...man. The S1000rr is a pretty bike though, plenty of bells and whistles too. I heard that the maintenance on them bad boys is on the pricier side though, just as it is with European cars. But couldn't knock anyone who owns or is looking to own one. But I love my GSXRs too brother, they're really all I know. The fairings on my 750 are aftermarket (had the tank painted to match). The 1000 is stock. ✌✊
@@QuikkSilver that is sick I love both of your bikes, man I’ll be honest after seeing your videos, im leaning more towards the gsxr 1000 to go with my 2008 gsxr 600 and later on buy an r1 and gsxr 750 I don’t know anyone with two gsxr 750 and 1000 side by side I’m leaning towards the same thing you are doing you have some nice bikes.
@HotSizzleTV_ I appreciate it, Sizzle!! These bikes are my babies; Zuke Nation all day! I can guarantee you would not regret getting either/both the 750 or 1k. I envy other riders who have been in the game for years. I got started late, so I am trying to make up for lost time. But I am glad you found the video useful, and I am curious to see how things pan out for your next purchase. Two GSX-Rs and an R1 sounds like an incredible fire team. I have the same GSXR-1000R and they have L mode with that the TC is off completely you can put that mode when u turn the bike on just press and hold start and will be on L mode . Love ur red accents 🦾
@08r0710 Yep, you certainly have some major decisions. I would say this, the 750 offers the best of both worlds -- the agility of a light weight with the punch of a heavy weight. I just recently removed the cat and got a more mafia ecu flash, and that 750 pulls damn near like a 1000. It is simply an awesome machine. The only Kawasaki experience I have is with my wife's Ninja 400. Sorry I couldn't provide any info on the Ninja 600, but best of luck... 🫡
Thanks for the review. I own a '23 Gixxer 750, bought last spring, stored over winter, now has about 9600 miles on her. I've never had traction control or ABS or wheelie control on a bike. Modes schmodes - the goal is to become one with the bike and I have enough trouble getting one Mode hard-wired into my brain. I just leave on A mode. BTW, you need to repeat this review using the the top end power of the bikes; rev it out the way an I-4 was meant to be ridden.
@GhostRider020 I appreciate you stopping by and sharing. I agree 100% gotta gel with the bike. I learned to ride on the 750 and initially all of my learning was in B mode. Once I got to the point where I was ready for the highway, I think that is when I started riding in A mode. But anyhow, stay tuned; I believe I have some footage of these bikes in thier natural element, otherwise I will have to let Quikk and Caesar properly rep for the GiXXER nation. Stay safe out there GhosterRider. 😎
@BenBrrown Yeah, I hear that. That's got to be the top complaint about GSX-Rs. I am not sure what Suzuki is waiting for. I am contemplating the Starlane dash, but it's a pretty penny.
@MinhVu-in9iz Ahhh, you put me on the spot like that?? 😃 That is such a hard question to answer lol. But to be completely honest, I think my 750 is slightly more fun. Especially since I have installed a quickshifter on it. It zips around, it's light and nimble and I honestly think it looks a bit better too. For the overall riding experience, I am going to say the 750.
@@MinhVu-in9iz Thanks, my friend. Stay on the grind and you''ll surpass me. The Ninja 400 is a fun bike too I must say. At the end of the day it's about what makes you happy. Go ahead and get that 750, you'll love it, I guarantee. Best of luck with your decision, and keep me posted if you don't mind. 😉

I a life time GSXr guy., I traded in my 2004 Gsxr 600 for a 2015 Gsxr750 and then traded the 750 for my "brand new at the time" 2023 Gsxr 1000R. Hands down my 1000R has been the bike bike by far except for the occasional Quick shifter issue. ( My after market quick shifter worked better on my 2015 750) I do wish they added some color to the dash like the BMW's What sucks about the 750's is the fact that it hadn't change since 2011. I hated the dash on it. Oh, don't even get me started on having the same key for the last 20 years. Here's my 2023 1000r when i bought it new. ruclips.net/video/R-F3Hsd_mnc/видео.html
@whatsup6969 They are just awesome machines. I am jealous that I am so new to the game, and I hadn't had the opportunity to progress up through class rankings, such as yourself. But I am glad that I finally got on board and joined the "Zuke Nation." I totally agree with you too, I mean, Suzuki could have refreshed the displays, and more particularly that 750. But on another note, I just installed a quickshifter on my 750, and I can not ride thing enough! It is so nice. I'll be dropping a video on that soon. Your bike is 🔥 BTW, absolutely beautiful. Thanks for tapping in, for sharing and supporting. Be safe out there, my friend. Two Wheels Down!! 🫡
@@QuikkSilver Thanks man. Yeah my son installed the quick shifter on my 2015 750 and even though I already owned the bike for 2 years it felt a totally new bike and loved to drive it even more. We ride together all the time. Best feeling ever.. Yeah I'm old AF ha ha
@@whatsup6969 That's awesome, those will be some serious lifetime memories. Age is just a number -- still young in mind and spirit, the body will follow along..
@sarahgoldfarb913 You literally made me laugh out loud!! 😄 If I were to be totally honest, TC only affects acceleration. The front and rear wheel sensors monitor the bikes wheel speed. TC will intervene as needed (according to the level of TC you have set on the bike) to keep both wheels at the same speed. If they are out of synch, it's because one of the tires has lost traction; at least to a degree. TC won't give you more traction. It just dampers power delivery to the rear wheel, which reduces the tendency to lose traction. My best advice is to avoid riding in high wind situations cause TC wont necessarily save your bacon. Riding is all about finesse; no sudden movements, but smooth and steady inputs. Snatching up the brakes is not a good idea, LOL! You should always brake progressively and only as aggressive as necessary to stop when you need to. 😉
@deepolk2nd.7948 LOL! Thanks, my brother. Negative, I threw a bunch of mods on it. Basically, everything that's red is aftermarket, plus a few other items (winglet mirrors, smoked integrated tail light, flush mount signals etc.) Go ahead and get yourself one. Treat yourself. 😎
@QuikkSilver Yeah I asked that question before I watch all of the video🤦 But yeah if I do get 1 it will be my first bike ever..I've always practiced on dirt bikes or friends street bikes..Never had my own but I think it's time, I'm not getting any younger💯
@@deepolk2nd.7948 No worries, brother. Time waits for no one, and sometimes you just have to go for the gusto. But if it is your first bike, I would encourage you to get the 750 because you'll develop and hone your skills on a raw bike. You will truly learn to RIDE instinctually; finessing the throttle and clutch, braking progressively, etc. But whatever you do, have fun, take your time and do you. You don't have to compete or prove anything to anybody. Keep me posted if you don't mind. Two Wheels Down!

cool , I'm looking forward to your quick shifter review on the 750. I am 5'7" 145# and think a 750 would fit me better.
Thanks for the video , & ride safe bro !
@wildmanjeff42 Thanks, my man. I am sure you'd love the 750. The quick shifter video is coming soon, too. 🤙
The 750 would be perfect for your height and weight.
I have a 2020 Suzuki R-750 and let me say I love it 👍🏾
@@jay87326 Right on, my brother! I definitely know the feeling. Thanks for swinging through and sharing. Be safe and enjoy yourself 🫡
Wow fabulous colour
Thank you, lynxeffect84😊
Everything on the 1000cc will fit on a 750?
Well, not quite. There are plenty of mechanical parts that are interchangeable between the two, but generally speaking they are two distinct machines. Now, the 600 and 750 are nearly identical, with only real difference being the engines.
Bro, I’ve said before and I’ll say it again…. Ceasar is so sick!!!!
I appreciate it, my brother. Those bikes are my babies! 😊
@@QuikkSilver I know this.. lol
@@Rickyclark 😄😄
Now that you've had both bikes for a while, if you had to choose only one or the other, I'm curious which one would it be and why.
Well you called me right to the carpet huh? 😉
That is such a tough choice, but I think I would have to go with the 1K.
Too much thinking, not enough test riding - only way to know.
how is a gsxr 600 comfort wise for riding street light to street light traffic, city taffic, or more suburban areas?
@SIRA063, the 600 and 750 is basically the same bike - same chassis, etc., just different HP and Lbs. With that said, it's a great commuter bike to zip around the city or the suburbs. And since it's a smaller cc bike, it won't run as hot as a liter bike would in those environments. Granted, it is a sports bike, but it is quite comfortable. It's not going to wear you out in those environments. 😎
Is it normal to get to 220 degrees when cruising through town 35 mph after youve been riding a bit?
Very good question. I will tell you, the 1K naturally runs hot. However, the fans should be kicking on once you hit around 219 or so. Under normal circumstances the bike is air cooled, so depending on the temperature in the environment 35 miles an hour might not be enough to keep it from runinng that high. Its normally in inner city traffic that I notice the bike hovering at higher temperatures. You might also consider flushing out the coolant that the dealer filled it with and get Engine Ice. 😎
@QuikkSilver bought engine ice today
@@ac2jones Worrd! Have fun, and ride safe, brother! 😎
Beautiful bikes, may I ask what gear you wear, and the gloves , I love those,
@LETSRIDEMIKE Thank you very kindly, my friend.
Appreciate this video. Im picking up my 24 gsxr750z friday. Im getting mixed info on the "Z" info. So im still not super sure what the difference is.

🏍🏍🏍😎😎😎💪🙌

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. It has done well for me. Stay safe/ride safe!

I had a gixxer 600. I’m thinking about the 750 or ninja 600 abs 🤦🏾♂️ “decisions, decisions”
I love your garage too brother

I honestly wish the 750 had a TFT display 😭
@BenBrrown Yeah, I hear that. That's got to be the top complaint about GSX-Rs. I am not sure what Suzuki is waiting for. I am contemplating the Starlane dash, but it's a pretty penny.

What color is that gray
The 1000 is the stock mechanical gray. I had the 750 custom painted in monsoon gray.

@sarahgoldfarb913 LOL! I'm sure you'd be okay...
@@QuikkSilver don't you find TC makes a huge difference on the highway in the wind? Also, do you never snatch the brakes? I do!
You should try and cut down your videos to about 10 minutes at most.
@KurtG85 I appreciate the tip.
Bruh is all that stock that u have on it? I know the wind screen isn't..I want 1 soooo bad

@@deepolk2nd.7948 No worries, brother. Time waits for no one, and sometimes you just have to go for the gusto. But if it is your first bike, I would encourage you to get the 750 because you'll develop and hone your skills on a raw bike.
