- No biggie...just the aftermath of a fire in the hood. At first it was suspected there was a fatality but later determined there wasn't...at least as far as I know anyway.
As long as I have the attention of my legion of fans who may be pondering my seeming inactivity-it's been a weird year (to say the least) with my extra back pain, the price of gas, and the still-very-omnipresent corona virus. Had several great Odysseys planned but had to postpone. Hope to be back on the road again soon! I appreciate those who followed me over the years and I hope I haven't let anybody down with my inactivity. As far as covid goes-I'm still masking up despite that mandate being "relaxed"-as long as the word "pandemic" is in use we all should still mask up in preparation for possible mutations to come.
Still-stay tuned! Not just for Odysseys, but for other gems too. Projects include slide shows of classic photos, music videos, and even remastering older videos to bring them up to current standards, looking better than ever!! Stick around!

Agreed! They don't mind the obvious risk; fortunately this one wasn't that big of one. Saw smoke but couldn't get my camera fast enough to get any real flames. Dolly and I are doing great-all things considered-and hope you are too; it's just that these gas prices have me under house arrest. Can't wait to get back out! In the meantime-remastering previous uploads and editing a "new" one I pulled out of storage. Also-will be recording my brother's classic rock band Saturday!

Yeah, took a fire to get me out-but this one was conveniently located up the next block...just a short walk! I think no one was home, but still that damage will be a sad sight. Many Thanks for your concern! Believe me, I can't wait to get back out there! Supposed to have a nice weekend, so we'll see! A BIG Hello to you too! Believe me, I can't wait to get back to producing Odysseys! Last one was last Halloween! At least gas prices appear to be coming back down; that's good-but not as good as a photo I found from 1977 when it was just 57 cents! Gotta do a little maintenance on the vehicle too-then I'll be all set. In the meantime got some projects in the works like a remaster of my YT #100 with added features, slide shows, a 2005 bike ride through an old tunnel-and another improved/remaster of a Ma & Pa RR walk. Much better now! Thank You for your interest! I'm still masking up in a public place...with all these variants and mutations better safe! All the best to you and yours too. 👌👍

Hello Johnathan! No one was inside there fortunately. I think no one was home. If so-they'll have a sad sight awaiting them. A real shame all things considered.

Just saw your scoop in your neighborhood. Any new videos.? The price of gas is high here in Hollywood, Fla. It was $4.89 and dropped to $4.35 last weekend.

Great hearing from you, Donald! The gas prices around here are about what they are there in Hollywood after hitting a peak of $5 a couple weeks back-the most I ever paid! Actually it's still around $4.86 here. Between that-and having had to slow down a bit due to other factors-haven't really been able to get out for much other than an occasional shopping trip. Been working on some other projects till I can get out again. Remastering/improving previous videos with the better software I now have that I originally didn't (much better) and an item of interest from 2005 that I didn't post yet. Also this month will be recording my brother's classic rock band as I have in 2019 and 2021. But-of course-gonna try to get that odyssey in! Hope all is well with you too! Thank You! 👌👍😊

Working on some classic stuff now, as it's all I can do with gas prices being what they are. Hope to soon have up the classic, along with one previously posted but now new and improved. Also plan some slide shows of classic photos. Thank You for your interest!

I'll let you in on something I found out today-will be covering a concert in July by my brother's classic rock band Memorial Daze (samples posted from past concert). Along with the drives, I enjoy doing concerts and music videos! As someone who's been in many bands-and had airplay-I have some roots in this area! Should be great!
