@@RahulKamat I add a can of diet soda for volume and psyllium husk which makes it more filling. My favorite flavor is orange jello/diet Fanta/sugar free orange Metamucil. With the protein and fiber they are surprisingly filling with very low calories.
You can also mix some citric acid with granular zero calorie sweetener and roll your gummies in them and you will have sour gummies. Need to eat them quick though as the mix will start to dissolve the, at least the ones I make that have more gelatin and water.
If you wanted to take it a step further, roll the jello in some granular sweetener at the end and you'd get almost the exact same thing as the worms! Great video and fantastic idea man :)

First off, the Pyrex cup was still in the dishwasher. I sprayed oil on a glass storage container & added water directly to it with 1 envelope of plain gelatin. I then used another envelope of plain along with sugar free orange crush single serving drink mix. The Glass dish was 3x6 ish. It resulted in thicker “bears”. It was delicious & more economical. I’m guessing more protein too ? Again, thanks for the great recipe. I will be trying your marshmallow’s soon. :)

Gelatin doesn't contain all the amino acids to be considered a whole protein. Thats why there isn't any macro listed for it. You can't count it towards your daily protein intake.
Gelatin is like collegan which can be good for hair, skin, joints, etc. Plus it's not like you are having 50 grams. Just don't count it toward your protein goal or make sure you go over by as many grams of gelatin protein you had. Low calorie and delicious that's for sure.

Back in the day we called these Jello jigglers or knox blox. They are fun to eat, but they do not have the texture/ mouth feel of a real gummy bear which are made with corn syrup, for those that have been asking that question. I think I'll make some again!

Literally when I am on Haribo mood I order 4KG box from amazon and start gorging and I get constipation and all. I'm amazed something so simple and easy actually worked out. I made this with knox unflavored gelatin and jello SF FF strawberry jello mix. 2 questions. What power is your microwave? My microwave is 1000W and 1 minute was way too long, it boiled over the measuring cup at that time. 30 seconds was about right posting in case anyone has similar power microwave. Why do you recommend letting the gelatin sit in the water for a bit to absorb before mixing and microwaving? It seems to come together better to me if you mix the gelatin into the water immediately but maybe I'm missing something. Maybe I'll try again both ways to see if somwthing else was different

Hii it's just a packet of your favorite Jello (Rahul uses sugar free), plus a packet of regular, unflavored gelatin. Try to add less water, they'll come out more chewy ^^

Mines 1000W as well, but it didn’t boil over. And I noticed letting the gelatin sit for a bit allowed it to get hydrated and mix in easier
