This yogurt cake is another recipe for sugar free desserts. It has only 4 main ingredients and it is very easy to make. High in protein (16 g per serving) and low in calories (140 calories). I also found a way to avoid deflating (collapsing after taking it out of the oven). PRINATEBLE RECIPE: myfavfword.com/sugar-free-yogurt-cake/
Looks light and delicious! I made your apple pancakes with the strawberry jam and they were amazing! Going to make more when my sister comes to visit next week. 😋
@@MyFavoriteFWord like yourself, I only bake and cook with monkfruit because I have hypoglycemia. It's the best sweetener ever. The golden monkfruit is my favorite. I made sweet and sour pineapple ribs and it was better than any restaurant dish.
@@rudyvel sounds delish! and I agree, the golden one is the best too. They dont have it in Costco so I buy another one, but the lankanto golden one I like best
I am wondering whether Arrowroot flour be used instead of corn starch? I rarely have need for corn starch so I do not buy it often. I know people hate when folks ask about substitutions, but I thought I'd mention it in comments so I can perhaps try now and then try when I get some corn starch in the future. Or any other person thinks about it. maybe the will comment. Cheers! It looks delicious.
You are right, it is helpful for others who would like to change the ingredients to fit their tastes. This is not a restaurant so substitutions are always welcomed 🤓, I have never used anything else than cornstarch in this recipe, but I would think that something that has similar consistency should be fine. I encourage you to try and share what the results were😉
tak, smakuje jak lekki sernik👌. Tutaj budynie smakuje jak chemia wiec nie za bardzo lubie je kupowac. Ale to moze byc bardzo dobre z takim polskim budyniem😋
I watch somebody use parchment paper and they were having a hard time putting it in the pan so they crumbled it with their fingers and then open it up again and it laid down in the pan really well just thought I'd pass that on not trying to tell you what to do it's just a tip thank you so much for sharing I figured I'd return the favor
I probably gave you a range, depending on how much sweetness you need to enjoy it. I used 1/2 cup and when I made it again I reduced it to 1/3 and I liked it as well. Thats why I give you a range so you can adjust yourself. The amount wont destroy the cake. I prefer using the least possible and be able to enjoy it🙂
Why switch to nonfat yogurt? I am on keto and fats are my friends! Usually nonfat has extra sugars or chemicals to replace the lack of fats. Other than that, this looks amazing.
not this one, Greek non fat yogurt has more protein and no extra additives. But if you do not tend to over eat, full fat yogurt is fine. I prefer the taste of full fat yogurt but if I add yogurt when I am baking and the flavor wont be affected, I prefer non fat yogurt. My goal is to reduce the calories, add more protein for satiety, and preserve as much flavor as I can. But all my recipes can be changed to what you prefer. If full prefer full fat yogurt, you can replace it👍 🙂

Very good recipe 💪
If you wet the paper just a little it will make it way easier to manipulate 🥰
Thanks for the tip, I need to try that next time👌

To pewnie smakuje jak taki lekki sernik bo robię coś podobnego tylko daję budyń waniliowy bez cukru zamiast skrobi kukurydzianej 🤩😋👍👌

Thank you 😋
I’ll be trying this one
hope you like it🤓
The recipe calls for 1/3 cup sweetener but on the video it says 1/2 cup sweetener. I just want to make it correctly. Thank you!

Wow
Can I use a yogurt alternative or a dairy free yogurt, like So Delicious coconut? Can’t eat dairy.
I am sure you can use any yogurt you like

Because not everybody is doing keto
Because people still believe fat is the enemy. Essential fatty acids don’t show up in their radar
@@RubiconMommyhas nothing to do with keto, there are essential fatty acids that you need to survive
If i make it in Airfryer, how long should i bake it?
I would not attempt this in an airfryer, but if you ever do please do share👌🙂
