i’m glad you recommended royobi! people always talk big about dewalt tools, but i’ve noticed that my ryobi batteries are way cheaper, and last longer (for the same volts) as dewalt. i’d only spring for dewalt when it comes to stationary tools.

If you are looking to save money, it's rigid. I had two Ryobi motors burn out on me in one job cutting through a 6x6. You pay more for a brand like DeWalt because it's contractor grad tools (and trust me they are) but diy stuff rigid is great, I wouldn't touch Ryobi, they break and burn out like as if they were meant to.

@@zachpalmero1356 I'd have to agree with you on this subject. Ridgid is some serious tool for the money and just a little bit more than ryobi. The shop vacuum is unmatched in my experience.

I’d replace the sander with a multi tool.

Their brad nailer is pretty competitive. Wouldn't touch the circ saw at all though. Drills are going to be drills unless you need SDS capabilities.

For a diy person that isn’t working on a job site without power I would get mostly corded tools except the drill and driver. Cordless sanders are annoyingly bulky and cordless circular saws lack power until you spend big money on pro saws

Drill and grinder should stand in your house. That is the basic tools like rice cooker for your home.
