You know what your doing but the video is to fast to actually learn from you.

Change the playback speed to 50% or even 25%. Click on the gear symbol, lower right of the screen for the options menu. Takes longer to watch, of course, but way easier to learn from. Definitely mute the audio, because that changes with the playback speed.
