    You needn't align vertices by eye. You can snap them into place.

    you just guessed 3.5 somehow. For me, I am not good at guessing, how else would I guess the height?

      Well, there are no specific way to guess accurately, it's all based on experience. However, you can use some reference points in the building like the doors and windows. Eg; the height of most standard doors ranges from 2 to 2.5 meters. From there, you can see what is left on top of the door and make a rough estimate. Good luck.
