Being at this game was so crazy....once UCLA got a little bit of momentum they seized the game and literally scored every possession. I sat on the Texas A&M side right above the marching band and believe me when I tell you everyone was in complete shock & disarray. They were calling for Sumlins job in the stands & he was fired soon after lol....should’ve just ran the ball when you’re up 35

I was at this game, and we were going to leave but we stayed for the fireworks after the game lol. Good thing we decided to stay, cause it was CRAZY!!! People started leaving after that field goal in the 3rd quarter , and then they started coming back, cause they heard of the come back on the radio lol.

My dad and I were there that day. We decided to beat the traffic, so we left at 44-17. By the time we got to the parking lot, it was 44-24. We knew we had made a mistake, but we kept up on the radio. My dad and I sat there saying "Eh, they're probably not gonna come back." We missed the greatest comeback in NCAA history.
Thank you for making this available!! We actually turned the TV to something else when it was 44-10. I couldn't believe that they had come back. Rosen came out slinging the ball. He was fearless and definitely had ice water in his veins! This will be a game to remember for sure. In fact, this was the best opening weekend of college football I've ever seen.

Kenan Schwoebel Texas usually produces some great players out of highschool but a lot of those get out of Texas plus the coaches in Texas suck at creating a good team and only focus on one aspect of their teams. One for only defense and one for only offense. Thats why they've been awful lately.

Greatest video ever. Thank you so much. Went to our final game of the year at the same Rose Bowl last Friday night. We won 30-27 over Cal. It's been a tough year. Rosen was knocked out of the game again, but we managed to score in the second half and even put together a game winning drive culminating in the decisive field goal with 4 seconds left. Our coach had been fired, we're now bowl-eligible at 6-6 and then...we hired Chip Kelly. A year full of ups and downs. But this game was so great and it's just too bad it was about as high as we would get all year. Thank you for the video.

Something interesting I noticed is that in many of these big comebacks, the team that pulled off the comeback often scores first with a field goal.

One of the best things I've seen in a while. Simply amazing.
Yes the Aggies blew it. Poor coaching was the reason for the meltdown.
1. A&M gave UCLA at least 4-5 minutes of extra game clock by throwing ill-advise passes (incompletes) to stop the clock, and then when moving the ball, continuing to snap the ball with 20 seconds on the play clock. Impossibly poor game management. When Sumlin was asked in the press conference about time management, he really had no idea what the reporter was talking about. That's telling enough that Sumlin doesn't understand the very game he plays, while every EA-Madden player knows EXACTLY what should be done in that situation. Really sad.
2. Rosen can't play when pressured. But he's deadly when he has time. The first 3 Qs, Rosen was under pressure. Then A&M went prevent zone... allowed Rosen to get in a groove and burn them enough. Stay with what worked, adjust when necessary, but don't give the opponent the mercy to get back in a game.
3. UCLA got VERY lucky. The 3rd TD should have been INT, but went right through the defenders' hands. The 4th TD was a duck that should have been picked, but ended up in UCLA hands.
All that combines for an epic comeback...

I stopped watching this game to chase thunderstorms. These things are very rare in Southern California. I kept waiting for my phone to give me the final score with a Texas A&M victory. When I got back home after an unsuccessful attempt to chase storms, I was pleasantly surprised to find that UCLA was going to win the game.

I was at this game. The only reason why we stayed for the whole game, was because they were having fireworks after the game. People were leaving after the half, cause it was looking like it ‘was going to be a blow out. UCLA did nothing until the 3rd quarter, and once they started to come back the line to try to get back in was so long, that it looked like people were showing up for the start of the game. It was amazing, and I’m glad I stayed for the fireworks lol
