Rachel just completed for 1/4/2024 new month challenge and after using my treadmill yesterday it was a complete attribitute . Since you mentioned the Pilates Retracter I think you called it, we are saving up to buy one. Thank you so much for making time in configuring these classes for us all, it can not be easy, by any means , so thank you very much! This was WONDERFUL!! By any chance in this months challenge will you be including some sort of challenge with weights? You and your husband are such BEAUTIFUL people, I'm very grateful for you! Loved this workout, Rachel!! Felt like a ballerina for those ten minutes. I love going to the ballet. It's a treat to watch you do any move. You're so graceful and in control of your body. Would have loved to see you dance!

Thanks for this gentle stretching. I use it as a light workout after a more intense one the day before. Of course, the 10 minutes is just perfect when I'm in a rush.
I love this little workout! I did try the longer one but I’m afraid it was too difficult- I’ve had both knees replaced and the pliés were just a bend too far. If you ever are moved to do a longer one as part of your “seniors” range, I’d be right there! ❤
I just found out about your channel 4 days ago and so far I am loving all your exercises the ones that I already have done. 30 years ago I used to do floor pilates and it helped me so much then with my menopause predicament. 😊 Yes, I went thru menopause very early.🤗 I still do floor pilates off on off on. But with your teaching I am loving it every time. Your exercises are easy but yet it burns. Which is very good! Thank you Rachel
