- I'm preparing my house for twelve overnight guests! A bunch of people are coming in town for my big birthday party and I only have ONE GUEST ROOM! Did I make a mistake by offering for all of them to sleep over? Here's how i'm prepping for a dozen guests--my guest room must haves, welcome baskets and snacks, plenty of toiletries, and a lot more!

When you finally decide to decorate your guest room, maybe consider putting two/three single beds like in a hotel guest room as opposed to getting a king or queen. This would also work when Ziya is old enough to have slumber parties😊

Not only are you throwing a party for your friends and family but you make it a point to allow them to stay after everything is over and made sure they were comfortable and had everything they need. Even though people are drinking most will still have them responsible to find a way home so it’s refreshing to see someone that’s not like that.

I love prepping like this. Do you have any extra phone chargers or a charging station? People always need to charge their phones and you spend a lot of time looking for one or trying to tell them where they can find one. And I know people who know they're coming over should have one but they don't 😆

Something I would love to suggest is adding a plunger to all the bathrooms! 😁 I have felt sooooo awkward if I’ve ever clogged up a toilet at someone’s house and not wanted to ask for a plunger 😭 don’t know why it’s so awkward but it is

OMG that's one of my biggest fears lol. I could see my neurotic azz begging the toilet to pleeaaaase flush on its own and being near tears when it doesn't 😂

Pro tip: put the clear baskets into the “nice”baskets. You’ll have the best of both worlds.

Put the acrylic containers inside of a wicker basket to still have the cute look you want, while still being hygienic! Everything will be nice and appreciated either way! 😊
I also believe in giving the hotel vibe. You never want guest to feel uncomfortable asking for items.

Nice video! I love how you are accommodating your guest! May I suggest putting out paper napkins/dispenser in the bathrooms for your guest to dry their hands and keep the towels for decoration! That also helps eliminate the germs! Plus, ask your guest that are staying over if they have and/or can bring their blowup mattress! I just purchased a queen size air mattress with a carrying case and it works perfectly when guest come to visit! You should be all set!

Happy Birthday Raven, love following your channel as I love to organize and I get so many tips from you. As I entertain guests a lot, for the Wi-Fi signs in the bedrooms add a note at the bottom that says extra toiletries are under the sink. That way they don’t have to be seen. Also I have a set of clear glass soap containers from Target that have soap and lotion in each bathrooms. Lastly I also purchased clear plastic 16 oz containers for the shower and have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Used the Cricut to add labels. Enjoy your party, family and friends.

I know this is probably over now but you could have placed the plastic container down inside a woven/wicker basket. And the same under the sink so that the towels are not just lying on the floor of the cabinet. This also helps just in case water leaks. And it looks good
