The Right Side ( Intake Cylinder) while the Other is the Left Side ( Exhaust Cylinder) the (Pulley) Crankshaft set at ( 0 Cylinder , so that Cylinder 1 will be at TDC meaning Top Dead Center No. 1 Cylinder) there’s is a lot in this 1MZ-FE 3.0 V6 Toyota Engine. Like: (1) Camshaft Bearing Cap Bolt Removal Sequence for ( Right Cylinder Head both Intake & Exhaust, Left Cylinder Head both Intake & Exhaust). (2) Bolts Installation Sequence ( Intake Manifold Bolts and Exhaust Manifold Bolts. (3) Cylinder Head Instructions ( Head Bolts Removal & Installation Sequence (4) Warpage Specifications (5) Torque Specifications from Toyota company. All these can be found on Toyota 1MZ-FE Engine Maintenance Manual. Thanks I’m not a Mechanic but after my Mechanic scammed me I start reading and doing research for my car and fixing it my self. 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣

I noticed that to align timing mark on rear bank that the cam sprocket was between the "settle'' points( so valve springs were partially compressed) but the front gear aligned on the settle point with no spring compression and aligned perfectly. I have same engine and see same position of the rear cam sprocket in relation to the valve resistance. This is normal, correct? thank you. Excellent video.
Use liqui moly engine flush, it will clean the engine and remove the sludge and makes the head cover clean and shiny like new, trust me, I have done this before with my old 2mz engine

This engine is damn dirty of sludges, as a tech you need to always clean up the engine during the rebuilding process.
