Timing mark for on two camps

Hey greetings I have this engine almost 600000km running

Im having challenges, I got the timing correctly but the cam is still turning separately while the cam head is still intact align with the timing chain. What should I do?

If the engine jump timing he have any damages

I set my timing exactly like this but then I rotate the engine by the crank the marks go off? Why is that?

Use liqui moly engine flush, it will clean the engine and remove the sludge and makes the head cover clean and shiny like new, trust me, I have done this before with my old 2mz engine
