- A 15 minute session designed for all levels focussing on improving flexibility and mobilising the spine. Optional equipment includes a yoga / Pilates mat, a dressing gown belt (or similar) and a small pillow. Designed to do at home. Please ensure you are sufficiently warm prior to starting and you never work into any areas of acute pain. Enjoy.
