    This is so wonderful to hear my grandpa (Fred Markworth) and my mom & dad (LeRoy & Lenna Johnson) voices. I have not heard their voices in over 40 yrs and this made me cry to hear them again!!! Thank you to who every found this and posted it!

    Wow. True soulful American people from old times. Wish i was born in USA in these era. Humble and simple lives with greatest culture in the world. Still best country to live. Hope one day i can go there.

    We were living at Barnes Point on Lake Crescent at the time of the fire. My father kept hoses running on the house roof in case the wind blew any sparks our way.
