In general how much did it cost to get the permits, insurance, and commercial kitchen? How much do you recommend to save just to start?

Hi, thank you for reaching out: When I started I used a website called Legalzoom and paid them under $400 to set all of the permits up for me. I do recommend JUST STARTING before so you can see how you like it or not. And if you love it, it'll make the permit part super easy and exciting. :) Good luck!
