I used to work at Eataly, so when I was starting out I'd shop there for charcuterie, cheese, mostardas, honeys and breads, and it blew my budget. Lesson learned. I only buy stuff there for my personal and family gathering.

What kind of food license do you have to have to do a Charcuterie Business out of your home in California?
Most people just sell courses these days. You can't sell food from home in most develpoed countries. Cheses are high risk food especialy soft cheeses such as brie.
