What a great and relaxing 'sea day' and having the entire ship to yourselves! Yes, too many ports is very exhausting and I do agree that cruising should be relaxing. So good to see you guys really having so much of fun on board and looking forward to your next video of Palma de Majorca ❤
@@peggytan4610 Thanks!! We learned that we really needed a day of relaxing. And it was fun to enjoy the Escape. We go back to the Caribbean in March. This time to the southern Caribbean. We have all port days again. We will do a lot more beach days. So, we wonder if we will feel the same next time.😁🚢
I am loving this Adventure!! My husband and I just returned from our trip to Alaska on Discovery Princess! I used all of your tips from your Alaska video from buying the hooks for the room, the Tripp backpack (best bag ever), breakfast in the room on Glacier Bay National Park day, booking excursions. Everything was a smooth and easy process! Thank you Carol and Laura for the very useful information!! I look forward to your future adventures!!
@@sandrat1205 OMG!!! That’s amazing!! Sharing about your adventure makes our day!! That’s why we do this 😁😁 What was your favorite port on your Alaska adventure?😁🚢
@@corefouradventures2861 My favorite place was Glacier Bay National Park, stunningly beautiful. We had a gorgeous sunny day and all the glaciers were visible. The little sea otters were too cute floating on their backs. Loved the White Pass Scenic Railway too. Ketchikan was my fav port. It felt very original and we enjoyed exploring Creek Street to watch the salmon jump!
@@sandrat1205 Glacier Bay was so peaceful and amazing!! So glad you took the suggestion of viewing it with breakfast on your balcony 😁 It made that day so relaxing and luxurious. We LOVED the White Pass Railroad 🛤️ Did you go to the lumberjack show in Ketchikan?
@@corefouradventures2861 We had that excursion booked but skipped it because the ship was only in port from 7-12:15 pm so we opted instead to walk around the town, popped into the Tongass Historical Museum and then supported some of the local shops further away from the ship! Even popped into a local bakery and had a sweet treat! We will definitely be going back. Like they said on the ship..."there are many Alaskas!!!
Pretty woman in a gorgeous dress + sitting in front row + filming the performers = getting dragged on stage. And now it's happened to both sisters. Yay! Looks like you all had a great "sea" day.
@@willcooper6980 Thank you! 😊 We were so surprised they picked her but it was a fun time. It’s such a great show. And they had remixed it with some different songs since the last time we saw it. And, we would go again if on a ship that offers Choir of Man. But, now we’re looking forward to Beetlejuice on the Viva in March!! 😁🚢

@@sandrat1205 That sounds like a great way to see Ketchikan!! The lumberjack show was great, but we were some of the last people back. 😁🚢
