Think of it this way. Suppose you are having 1 cup tea or coffee with two teaspoon of sugar. Suppose just example you have 3 cups of coffee or tea per day, then you have had 3 × 2 = 6 teaspoon of sugar. 1 teaspoon is 5 grams, so 6 × 5 = 30 grams sugar in a day just in tea or coffee. In a month it's 900 grams of sugar 30 grams sugar into 30 days. If you eat 3 dairy milk roast almond chocolates per month 45 grams packet which has 38 grams of sugar each 900 + 38 + 38 + 38 = more than 1000 grams of sugar I.e 1 kg sugar in a month. In a year 12 kgs of sugar have gone into our body just with adding sugar in tea and coffee and having 3 dairy milks per month. If I take sugar in biscuits potato chips Fanta Pepsi kaju katli rasagulla other indian sweets dairy milk chocolates sweet Lassi packaged fruit juice like frooti and Real and other brand juices etc, easily 16 to 20 kgs of sugar is going into our body every year. 16 TO 20 KGS of Sugar!!!! If we all are putting that much sugar in our system, diabetes is end result for all of us. All the more reason for us all to Stop having so much sugar.

Hello..... I have just completed reading WHeat less book. I found it relatable...... Like my acne is cure by decreasing wheat intake..... I never felt good after eating wheat roti... But no option as wheat is our daily food. But now without wheat life is going good.
Please get gluten free oat groats / steel cut oats from Red bob mill Add 2 tbsp soak overnight , cook with a little almond milk , then add ground flax chia and apple n berries a few walnuts , 1 chopped date and vanilla bean powder a dash You have a wonderful breakfast God bless

When a person is told some foods are good they overdo it. Even in my country it is same. If a Doctor says eat bitter gourd is good for diabetes they eat a kilo per day and very soon their organs are damaged It is in moderation Moderation Moderation That is the word to remember
