i would want to create a google form for people can have access to library books and also borrow a book using the form. how to do that especially how to i insert the list of books at the library into the google forms
This is going to be a great, updated way of doing what I have done in the past! If you save the sheet as a favorite, does it automatically update as new books are checked out or do you have to redownload?
Wish there was a way for the student to log back in and check it the title back in AND a way to display what is checked out on the main page so students can see what is unavailable, who checked it out and when on the main page.

So, across the bottom of the spreadsheet there is a tab for period 1, period 2 etc. Or can I format it that way after the data is in the spreadsheet? Thanks!

Check out the Google Sheets extension Tabify -- might be what you're looking for!
You should just try a class room library catalogue like TinyCat by LibraryThing... much less work
