Oneplus pad, including the stylus and folio case, is still cheaper than samsung which comes with s pen but not case. Both tabs have a laminated display also which is good for writing. Thing is, I have heard that oneplus pad UI is not tablet - friendly and it's like an expanded smartphone. Is this true?
Do not buy One plus pad for note taking. You will not find Oneplus stylo offline as well as in the online market. Also third party styluses do not work with one pluspad. Regards, A regretful one plus pad owner😢

Is there has any difference between capacitive pen with oneplus pen?cuz oneplus pen also dont have vertical pressure sensitivity, urgent wait for reply
If I just need a tablet for notetaking and reading textbooks, slides, pdfs, etc. (for university), should I get this or the S8? Not sure if the S8 is worth the extra $100... I also draw but I have a wacom tablet (without a screen so it would be nice to use the tablet too).
Get the Tab S8 because it has proper 100% backup option, integration with cloud storage with file system, S Pen is included, microSD card slot is included, has SamsungDex for connecting to external displays

@@BlueWater-zk2qc SamsungDex is a separate workspace on the external monitor and the other workspace will be the usual tablet workspace on the tablet. If you want to draw on the tablet while looking at your computer monitor, you have to use mirror mode

I have oneplus pad 2 and there is very high latency in third party app so its a big failure for me i can't take note smoothly here because of latency but in oneplus note app latency is 2ms but again that app is simple no any advanced features so anyone if planning to buy this for note taking please avoid just go for samsung tablet tab s9 fe plus
I would describe them as different rather than one is better than the other. Search online and you'll see some prefer S Pen, some prefer Apple Pencil. Main difference for drawing experience is S Pen has a rubberised tip while Apple Pencil has a hard tip

Just get the s7 fe. It's made specifically for students. Snotes is awesome. 12.4inch display is almost as good as a A4 book.

You need the OnePlus Stylo, and you have to enable palm rejection/pen mode if that's not already enabled in the app you use

OnePlus pen has pressure, tilt and palm rejection. A capacitive pen will not have those features.

No. The pen shortcuts only with with their own note taking app currently
