@@007alztruli I would think so, and adding digital painting. Everything else tablet offers is already available and proves to be better in performance aspect on laptop or mobile phone.

Just want to say that you are the best. Ive watched many reviews and always feel like im still left with questions. Until i stumbled across your reviews. Very Very helpful. Your response in the comments sections are very quick. And you even answer multiple duplicate questions. Keep up the good work. I will be going tomorrow to buy the pad 6 with keyboard and pen. . Im not sure what pen (1st or 2nd gen) comes with the deal. But i guess it doesnt matter.

@@chickencurry2247 Xiaomi is not a good quality brand. You should have gone for Samsung. It's more expensive but much better quality.

Is there a specific measure on how many ms the latency on the pen is? For example, Samsung's S-pen has a 2.8ms latency.

I think the Pad 6 might be the best bang-for-buck Android tablet we’ve seen for a while now. The basemodel 6gb + 128ssd is $299 USD on giztop, not sure what regions giztop is available to ship to though. I already own the iPad Air 5th gen but I bought it months ago at $499 USD. I would have just gone for this Xiaomi Pad 6 since it’s more affordable.
Xiaomi Pad 6 256 + 8 is available in India rn for 264$! I'm gonna buy it rn.
ipad air 5th gen also doesn't disappoint me because of the longevity it will serve you many years unlike android tabs that only lasts for 3-4 plus years depending on the usage and iPad are more optimized than android ones.
I have the ipad pro 2019 and still buttery smooth from all those years

I think that the best bang-for buck is Huawei Matepad 11. He is so cheap even in comparison with Xiaomi. It has some problem such as it doesn't have Google apps, but it has a nice stylus and Jnotes app which is a clone of GoodNotes.

I really like android; because I can use Termux on android tablets and they behave like a computer/linux machine. But if android apps for writing was better. I think that android could be more popular than Ipads.
Try a Galaxy Tab S7+ with Samsung Notes.

hello Teoh, unfortunately I cannot test this pencil in person and I read online that the side buttons switch between pen tools but it's not dedicated to trigger the eraser tool only (unlike the S-pen), can you confirm this for example on OneNote?
At 5:00 you said you can´t customize the buttons on the pen in Onenote for example. Does that mean the buttons have no function in the App or just like a default function?
in most of the apps the default use case of the button is boiled down to back button

OneNote for Android does not do that. Nebo does. GoodNotes too. Maybe some other apps as well
A side-by-side comparison between this tablet and the iPad 9th or iPad Air 5th would be excellent. Especially comparing display, color accuracy, and drawing (note-taking)
The iPad 9 is an ancient tablet. iPad Air 5 is more comparable to the Xiaomi specs for specs, so ultimately it will come down to price difference and iPadOS vs Android.
Regarding the writing quality, latency, hand feel, how much would you rate pad 6 pen and ipad pen?
@@niladreeniloy3209 They are very similar actually. iPad seems to have more apps that take advantage of the 120Hz for better latency. But latency isn't something I would think about while drawing of the Pad 6 unless I draw really fast which I don't

@@vanessawertheim I usually recommend backups with Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive, but those are monthly subscription of course. The nice thing about Microsoft OneDrive is it is 1TB online storage so it can be used backup your computer too. Or you can go the more affordable way with an external storage, get SSD because normal hard drive can be easily damaged by drops and magnets.

hello! is there a big difference between the first and second generation stylus? I want to take pad 5 and stylus 1 because of the price. pad 6 + stylus 2 is much better for taking notes?
I no longer have the first pen to test so I can't say much. When I tested the 1st pen with Pad 5, it works fine so it should work fine too with Pad 6

When I try to write on the tablet I have to put my hand on it and the tablet no longer recognizes the pen. I currently don't have the original pen. Does writing with palm recognition work with an expensive pen?
You will need the original pen for palm rejection. Otherwise, your pen will be detected as finger

Xiaomi Pad 6 is more worth the money at its price category. Both are good for taking notes.

@@jaipaljadejaThe only thing I like about OnePlus Pad is just the aspect ratio. All the other features are kinda comparable to Xiaomi, but Xiaomi is more affordable and that's one huge selling point. The 2nd selling point is with Xiaomi, you get buy 256GB storage. OnePlus is limited at 128GB storage.

My main priority is note making and stuff and i want decent performance with daily usage apps such as browsing, reading books, and multimedia consumption overall.
I am not much of a gamer so yeah all i want is for professional needs.

You might wanna check at a physical store if the larger screen on the S7FE will be good for you, personally I find it too big compared to 11 inch screens. If you dont like the screen size, then maybe the s6 lite 2022 edition would suffice especially since you’re not a gamer and all.
The Xiaomi pad 6 is still a great tablet overall, especially for it’s price and performance for everyday tasks

S Pen still has better pen performance. But the difference is not that visible for note taking. I personally don’t think 60 vs 144hz for note taking makes a huge difference but there are people who do

Pad 5 writing experience is not good at all even if you use mi pen 2 on the other hand mi pad 6 note taking experience is too good, same as ipads....I can assure you that You will not have any issue regarding note taking in mi pad 6 ...I am using it for last 15 days and it's phenomenal.
