I'm sick and tired of men being presumed guilty until proven innocent. This is immoral.
It seems to me that Johnny Depp is presumed innocent by the vast majority of people. And by the justice.

Yep. We believe NONE of it! Amber is obviously a liar, proven by the pictures. If he hit her with those huge rings, her face would have been torn up, yet there were NO pictures of her face ever bruised, cut or bloody. That's obviously because she's full of crap. She's a violent, abusive woman who went nuts when Johnny finally left her.
The people in this case who committed perjury on the witness stand, need to be held responsible and charged. The justice system is a joke if they get away with lying under oath.

As a survivor of domestic violence with multiple hospitalisations and stays in safe houses. I am horrified Miss Heard has minimized suffering by victims all over the world with her lack of true evidence. I experienced my perpetrator try the same antics by blaming the victim. Unfortunately I didn't have the resources or courage to bring justice.
This is such a slap in the face for men and women who struggle with the fall out and ongoing trauma of DV. It has taken me over ten years to be able to verbalise my experience and still have extreme trust issues.
I commend Johnny Depp's legal team for being able to expose this attention seeking unwell woman's motives.
Feel your pain Natalie. I became a missing person 2005, was so slandered by my ex wife I don't think anybody bothered looking for me. They take your soul and the very life out of you. Good luck.

I totally agree and empathise with everything you have said. I’m a genuine victim/survivor of DA and ended up being rushed to a women’s refuge for a year. I’m still in therapy for it now because of the trauma. Sending you and others who have genuinely been through it much love and prayers ❤️

No way in hell someone could talk about the “traumatic sexual and physical abuse” someone put you through, and you smirk or smile. No way.
It depends if you are uncomfortable with talking about it. I’ve smiled about speaking of someone’s death but in no way was I happy about it. I was uncomfortable and that’s what came out. It’s really embarrassing when that happens.

Here are some quick facts about Amber that we know that are proven:
1) He wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. She drank 2 bottles of wine a day, took drugs as well by her own admission.
2) Caught lying about using the makeup that didn't exist back then to "cover her bruises" frequently, which was refuted by the makeup company in court.
3) Past domestic violence arrest against her ex, literally charged and arrested. Plus admitted to domestic violence against Johnny. Plus suspicion of domestic violence against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, every single one of his ex gfs and spouses all speak highly of him, and has said he's never laid hands on them.
4) Audio recording of her admitting to cutting his finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie. (one of the voices on the tape is now deceased and can't testify)
5) Her psychologist lied about Amber having no domestic violence history and was called out by Johnny's attorney.
6) Has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard)
7) Her longtime assistant testified under oath that she did not once see or hear any physical abuse from Depp or ever saw any injuries on Heard in all the years. She also testified under oath that Heard spit ON her face when she asked for a raise
8) She visits Dr Kipper's office the day after an alleged incident where she was severely beaten, the doctor's medical report states her in perfect health, with no injuries of any kind on her, also state her skin was in perfect condition. Her explanation was "this was a partial report and I didn't have time to get into the details with the doctor about the injuries". (Day 16 of trial cross examination)
9) Allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist saw no signs of abuse, the hair stylist would've been inches away from her face looking at all the details while working on her appearance, and she saw 0 injuries. Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse.
10) Allegedly got raped and assaulted multiple times on her honeymoon, then wrote Johnny a love letter saying "it was the most amazing and beautiful honeymoon any girl could've ever dreamed of". (evidence presented in Day 18 of trial)
11) Claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. Claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him .
12) In all her "crying", there's never a single tear coming out of her eyes, even when reciting the most "traumatic experience".
13) Allegedly feared for her life but bought him a large knife.
14) Testified under oath that she was beaten by Johnny with huge chunky rings on all his fingers, said she was "hit so many times in the face over and over again she lost count". The photos taken the next day shows her face completely spotless without any injuries, when cross examined, she answers "there do not appear to be any injuries on my face in that photo".
15) Caught lying under oath again saying she "didn't receive money" from Johnny when she got $7 million, and lying about "never assaulted" Johnny when she admits to it on tape.
16) Proven once again as a liar when she made public statement of donating 7 million dollars for children's hospital but in reality donated exactly 0 dollars before she was called out, also caught lying under oath about donating the money. Her sworn statement was "I donated the entire settlement of $7 million to charity", when cross examined, she states "I did not lie, I pledged the $7 million, "pledged" and "donated" are synonymous, they mean the same thing." (Day 16 of trial cross examination)
17) Blackmailing Depp with her attorney, trying to make a deal for 3 of the adjoining penthouses where they both lived, 50k monthly expenses, 500k in attorney fees and the SUV Depp let her drive in exchange for not filing the protection order.
18) Her publishing of the op-ed "domestic violence" piece is timed perfectly with the release of Aquaman film, it didn't get published when they divorced, or before, or right after, but instead it was published right when Aquaman was being released and when the "Me Too" movement was grabbing the most headlines.
19) Amber Heard's team desperately tried to stop the trial from being publicly broadcasted while Depp's team made sure it was made public
20) Long time friend and co worker of Amber Heard telling about her hardcore cocaine and drug habit dating all the way back to 2008 when they were close associates, (youtube show called "Steven and Jason" and in the newest episode titled "We need to talk about AH").
21) Amber testified about having injuries such as “gross colored puss coming out of her temple” and “suffering a broken nose”, but when cross examined she changes the lines to “gross colored puss UNDER HER SCALP” and “FELT like a broken nose”, because she knew the evidence is about to show ZERO injuries visible on her. (How does she see gross colored puss under her scalp? With an X-ray machine??)
22) Allegedly got beaten up for FIVE YEARS and not a SINGLE injury shown on her face, no doctor visits, no dentists, no surgeons, no photos, despite countless appearances in public events and countless photos taken given her celebrity status, many of those public appearances were the night after "the beating", keep in mind the beating were all allegedly done by Depp with "huge chunky" rings on all his fingers, yet after five years of beating, she didn't need to visit the doctors once or show on sign of injury on her face, sounds like her facial bone density and durability of her skin can match that of armor platings.
23) Alleges Johnny slashed the soles of her feet, but was seen the next day walking completely normal, again no doctor visits or treatments of any kind even though she has a personal doctor on retainer.
24) Constantly changing details of her stories and allegations, she's already given 4 different versions of the poop incident, she has said "1: told security guard that she pooped and it was a practical joke gone wrong. 2: Johnny did it to frame her. 3: said it never happened and Johnny was gaslighting her. 4: said the tiny puppies did it."
25) Her lying under oath is not even worth mentioning anymore, there is too many to list, just to list a few in this trial alone. Lying about not receiving any money from Johnny, when in fact she received $7 million. Lying about having donated the money, when in fact she has donated $0 so far. Lying about never assaulted Johnny, when in fact she was recorded admitting to it multiple times. Lying about never assaulted anyone before, when in fact she's assaulted at least 4 that we have evidence of. Lying about her injuries, when a medical record showed absolutely no injuries.
26) She put someone through hell for years, publicly shamed and destroyed his career and life, just so she can be seen as a noble victim and use the attention and sympathy to advance her career and profile. She claims she's never wanted to be seen as a victim and wanted to move on, but appears in countless TV shows and articles talking about her "abuse" and "donation" non stop, literally appeared on every show she could to talk about her being a victim and being noble on the donation that never happened.
27) Amber's own friend, Tillet Wright, a long time close friend with Amber Heard, testified under oath that he's never seen or heard Amber being abused by Johnny Depp. (Day 20 of trial)

This was a great learning tool for my twin daughters now about to graduate from high school, the manipulative bully claiming that the girls she has bullied and threatened, claimed that she was the actual victim when one of my girls stood up to her.
I pointed out that bullies come in all shapes and sizes along with the depths they’ll go through to not face their own social problems and inadequacy.
Thanks, JD, for standing up to your bully. This helped my daughters not feel scared to speak up and get the backup they need, fearlessly.

As a norwegian viewer, i really hope the american justicesystem get this one right. This case is important for DV-victims, totally obvious case, should be a slam dunk for Jonny. The amount of red flags on Ambers part is immense, and getting this case wrong will undermine peoples trust around the world.
In America it is the citizens who will determine if a person is guilty or not. Not the government and not the system. There are twelve private citizens in this trial who will take a vote and decide if a fellow citizen is guilty or not. As a person who has served as a juror on three occasions I can tell you that jurors don't take what they are doing lightly. It can get pretty scary when discussing a person guilt resulting in real consequences.
I love how when her lawyer is speaking she has a sad look on her face. She didn't look like that whilst JD's lawyer was talking. Such a actor.

It’s not a criminal case though… Jail is simply not an option right now. And never ever has it happened that someone outside a criminal case was sentenced to jail for lying under oath.

I think she should be hospitalized, for at least a year, and carefully observed, before release. Then, be required, by law, to continue her mental health visits for life. Jail? Optional after hospitalization ends.
It's going to actually hurt inside my core if the courts give it to amber heard. I know we have grown so much in society when it comes to never questioning a victim when they declare abuse... but truly I don't bekive this is that. Yes I do belive this was a bad situation, I could only IMAGINE the TOXIC war of words at the 2 or 3 AMs in their house, I belive the relationship went to dark places, plus the intake of alcohol, drugs, whatever. But that's not what is on trial. I belive we are seeing a woman (Amber) think she is taking on the Hollywood elite, she thinks she is exposing something, not only trying to bank off of some post Harvey weinstein mess, as well as using our world's progress in womens' equality to her own advantage. That's toy ploys in one. She went from relationship with Elon Musk to Johhny Depp and other people in the acting field... clearly trying to connect on a money, power ridden man. She says she at battle with the protected men in the elite... lol , yet she tries to continously date those same men. If a case is decided in favor of a woman that is fairly clearly using the Womens' Sufferage progress, the buzz of it in today's world, to clamor for some sort of victory that hides her very own abusive behavior, toxic wish for control...if Amber wins, under the obvious haze that almost all of us see that her tears dry up quick and she switches gears in a second. She is hiding what SHE has done... and if she wins. It truly threatens the strenuous work that has gone into lifting up the call to end inequality and suffrage... it could set that all back years, if someone using the system to gain a win in a toxic court case.

Even though she was the abuser Johnny is not about putting her in jail, just wants the accusations against him cleared up. Even after Amber likely loses this case, she will still believe her own lies. I think she will blame it on her lawyers. That's what she does. She blames EVERYONE else for her own lies and situation, even when literally confronted by evidence of HER OWN words and wrongdoing.
Example: She couldn't even admit to not paying on her donations because she uses "pledge" and "donate" synonomysly. This specifically didn't even matter in this case imo.., Yet she couldn't even admit it when it was 100% fact she didn't pay. Amber, PLEASE for the love of God take some accountability. I think it was awful that Mr. Rotten born made the statement about Johnny being called one eye by his mother. He said how could it be possible for Johnny to say that being called one eye by his mother could be more hurtful than the abuse he suffered from Amber. Johnny has clearly been abused all his life and to be called one eye by your own mother must have so heartbreaking for him. I was stabbed in the face by a girl and was left with 27 stitches down my face but I was also hurt by a horrible comment by my daddy when I was a child and I can tell you that the comment from my daddy hurt me more than the physical abuse of being stabbed. Words hurt more than physical attacks and the wounds that words leave can take years and years to heal if at all. So Mr. Rotten born was out of order to make that comment. I pray and hope Johnny wins this case
A parent insulting and mocking their child is far worse than a spouse verbally insulting or mocking you during an argument. There is no comparison.

I’m from Australia. I watched a program on tv(Ive watched the show on a regular basis). They brought up the defamation case. I was horrified that the people on this program clearly was swayed towards Amber. Saying that this court case is extremely dangerous, in that women, yes women, will now be too afraid to report domestic abuse or sexual abuse.
I listened and watched every person who agreed. Now this program is aired all over Australia. This program is revered.
I will never watch this program again. This program didn’t even entertain the idea that there are women all over the world that abuse a male.
Johnny Depp was a victim of physical and mental abuse. Johnny is innocent.
What show was this? No doubt it was The Project.
That's how the media will spin regardless of what the general public who have been watching the trial thinks. The media has power to sway the narrative any which way they want. It's frightening to witness.
My mom cheated and physicaly hurt my dad. She gave him two black eyes and swollen cheeks. This made him miss his work for at least 3 days. I have seen it. The times my dad actually hurt my mom is when he is defending himself or because my mom provoked him to to his limit and yet she still made herself be the victim.
Women hitting men is actually really common. In our culture men who let women hit/punch them were laughed at but when they retaliate or defend themselves they get to prison. The best they could do is to run away or hide..

Its not about victim blaming or perpetrator protection. It's protecting the legal system from flagrant misuse. Amber heard opted to divert around legal justice and sought the court of public opinion to meet her ends.

He certainly suffered internally while listening and describing what happened during this process, but he wanted to do it for himself, for everyone who knew him. I hope justice is on his side. She should hope she,s never a real victim of such violence.
And how many bruises last a week, especially if the victim is icing and applying treatment to hide and heal it. Amber can't say she's trying to hide it one day then suddenly still has the bruise a week later. Obvious bs
@Lux Aeterna that was more or less my point. I'm a Muay Thai fighter and chronically have bruises I know they can last, but that's because I really do very little to visually hide them. No point. But the bruises I do treat go away pretty quickly with tentative care.

Like he should have made a better marriage choice. The back story here is that his mother subjected both him and his father to the same type of abuse so it's no coincidence that he is repeating the pattern.
