After 10 years of having a horrible time in life I have found the course to start Spinning bike, found GCN and haven’t looked back. I look forward to ride every night. These are great! Been struggling to get consistent again in weight training but doing these shorter bike sessions are just what was needed to get back into exercising. Cheers 👍🏽🥵💦
I ride this training in the start of a Zwift Gran Fondo and after this one a zone 2 training like Ollie. Can you maybe make a gran fondo lenght training? Like 3 hours? I am an amateur and just do something in the fondoS. It would be amazing to have a traing/pacing for such a long ride :)😊 Great startup training this!! Thnx Conner again for all your motivation
When doing these session, could someone help me out please? How do you set your turbo trainer? I have a Wahoo Kicker Snap…… Would you just set the resistance via the wheel pressure with it turned off or is there a specific mode for this type of training through the app? I’m unsure 🫤

I liked this one. Tough one the legs but how it ramps the sessions down as you go makes it manageable even if you are not in peak form.
Kami’s cardio is crazy, he was the only one that had to talk in between 😂
