    Are you sure these camber plates do NOT increase NVH ? 2:10

    Amazing video as always. I had the M-Performance HAS kit on my G87 and I wasn’t in love with the ride quality. I upgraded to KWv3 and it rides day and night better. Obviously, a lot more money, but a true coilover system is amazing.

      Thank you! Yes the full coilover kits definitely offer even better handling performance than the HAS kits but the cost-benefit of the HAS kits is fantastic

    Rarely I see videos where the tuner knows what they re talking about in geometry. I can tell you know what you re talking about. When I get delivery if my G87, I stop by to these exact upgrades.

    Changing the springs only will that not have a negative effect on the handling as it’s not matched to the dampers ??

      Hi, no the dampers will be perfectly fine as they have a range of operation and the spring rates on the HAS kits are designed to work within the OEM damper range.

    what rake angle do you put on a build like this or a club sport build? 5mm more height in the back?

    • @SuspensionSecrets
      @SuspensionSecrets  7 месяцев назад +2

      It depends upon use but the range is between 5-19mm depending upon application, hardware, tyres and driver skill 👍 but always nose down

    Hey, is there a general guideline for adjusting the length of trailing arms? Do you typically increase the length by increments of 10mm - 15mm?
    Also, if you adjust it longer to improve traction, can you reduce the total toe-in for a rear-wheel drive setup?

    • @SuspensionSecrets
      @SuspensionSecrets  7 месяцев назад +1

      Hi thanks for the message. We have an exact length difference over standard that we advise to set the traction arm length too but we only give out the exact figure to customers on purchase of the traction arms.
      You can reduce toe slightly too with the traction arms fitted which helps to reduce the straight line drag from the rear tyres 👍

    Can you create custom camber plates for the Honda Type-R FN2?

    Is there a reason you offer AST coilover kits as options to add to your Handling Pack 1, but you switch your offerings to KW coilovers only for your Handling Pack 2?

    It’s crazy how many exterior body parts need to be replaced/modified on this car to make the car look just “okay”…

    • @SuspensionSecrets
      @SuspensionSecrets  7 месяцев назад +1

      They certainly require a few more exterior mods than most BMW’s to get them looking well!
