This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Dutch Housing. The model for this home is the “2860h32301.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,600 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

This is a house for seniors and I love it. The whole house inside and out gets a👍🏻. This is one that I wouldn’t change anything but the stove. ( gotta have a glass top). Thanks Chance see everyone in church Sunday.

Perfect for a single person w/no kids and senior retirees! The kitchen coffee section could also be for us Tea Lovers only as well! Love how all the utility items have their own secured closets.
It's good to see that the water heater is not in a closet.
Everything is so elegant. The exterior and interior colors are very tasteful and soothing. The layout is practical, the rooms are good sized and it has a high end vibe throughout.
I love the pantry dance! Never stop!

Beautiful house, thank you, Chance! A coat closet, kitchen sink not on the island, nice flooring, tons of kitchen storage, the countertops won't show dirt, big laundry room, big closets, nice colors 😊 My only comments are I wish there was a stand alone tub in the main bedroom bathroom, and I wish the main bedroom was a little bigger. But it's still really nice 😎

I love the layout of this house. It's bigger than what we want, but the price works. I'd change out the black appliances and the kitchen back splash. I'd take out the upper cabinets in the laundry area, stack the W/D so I could add a freezer. This one is as close to perfect as I have seen. Thanks for bringing us beautiful homes all the time!
I am so into butcher block countertops now !! This is very nice ! I finally got my home delivered I went with The horizon by live Oak ❤ took out all carpeting added more shiplap ! Wow can't beat that price fabulous!

This home has everything you would need for basic living. Great layout, storage, nice sized bedrooms and reasonably priced. I'd switch out wire racks for sturdier shelves though. Otherwise this is a beautiful home!
I really love the kitchen. This size is perfect for me. The only thing I hate is showers with no place for shampoo or soap

I have to say the livingroom barn door are the very first I ever liked. I don't like barn doors in the house, but this time they are classy.

I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. There's no tub in it.
I love to see the homes with the water heater behind a door like this one has. That way you can keep an eye on it for leaks and stuff. Trust me I know about leaks and catching them quickly.
The master vanity would be better with one sink cause us ladies have hair dryers and curling irons ... lol. Other than that it is beautiful and a really good price!
Great home, would change guest bath to shower instead of tub. Love it!

I love this home,Ii guess my only change would be that I like split configurations and having the master/main bedroom on the other side of the house from the other bedrooms. its not a deal breaker though because other things about this home make me not even care about split or not
This house is beautiful, I love the floorplan! I was at the Champion plant in Topeka, IN for a plant tour and saw the build quality first hand; (thank you Mobile Home Mama), these homes have an incredible fit and finish to them, and most anything can be customised. The laundry room is so spacious, and I like that there is a FOYER! The kitchen, dining room and living room flow so nicely together! Great tour Chance, have fun and behave in Biloxi Beach 🎉😊

I love, love the layout of the kitchen. Lot's of storage options. The laundry room is also nice. Add a Firefly deck and you're cooking with gas.

Very nice Chance..even though it's still an open floor plan the way it's layer out doesn't feel like it is and I do like that...perfect colors..love the flooring...nice roomy kitchen with plenty of cabinets and work space...nice size rooms and spacious utility room...I wasn't too impressed with the master bathroom but I would change out the shower for a soaking tub...I do wish however that at least one of the bathrooms had a window..the exterior was very pleasing to the eye and a great entrance inside and out...I think the size of this home is perfect...no wasted space...all in all a very nice cozy home for any family big or small...😊

Nice price point. Champion Mobile homes were always the best built back in the day and it seems to hold true.

No tub in the master bath is always a deal breaker for me. The master bedroom is also too small otherwise it is a nice house.
Love everything about this home except the wire racks in the closets. Also prefer the laundry to be towards the back of the home, but not a deal breaker.

Beautiful home, this home would work for me if I could change the fireplace location and style/type. I'd like the fireplace on the wall between the windows and in a traditional style fireplace that is either gas log or wood burning. Leaving the larger wall vacant for My own furnishings.
Love the porch on the front, I would skip the barn doors above the fireplace. Great kitchen, lots of drawers in the kitchen, great island and the coffee area. I haven't drunk coffee since the 70s. Hard a chance to go work with missionaries in Colombia for 7 weeks. At once place we were on visit to a coffee farm and rather than show distain for their work I drank coffee. I hate the stuff!The bigger spot is for a USB-c and the smaller one is USB-A.

Very nice home overall other than the utility room location. For me, I would rather have the utility room on the back with a back door entrance.

I like the kitchen a dining area, the kitchen is very well appointed with both Drawers and upper and lower cabinets, but the Buffet area has only cabinet doors not Drawers over doors style cabinets on the lower and think about it, it's the buffet area, wouldn't it also make sense to have drawers for the flatware to go along with the dinner ware and dtinkware. Most of us eat with some sort of eating utensil, they should think of this.
This home was very nice. Wish the master bedroom bathroom had more room and maybe a tub. It was pretty nice.
man if only that closet door in the master bedroom was where they had the shelving unit then I could see anyone being happy to live in that house. it's a really good floor layout otherwise and the price range is pretty sweet.

I love this house. No, its not big, but thats ok. I love the exterior. I think it looks great. I love the color(s). My only complaint is the entry/porch area needs to have stone and wood accents. Now, when I come in I expect a coat closet by the door which this has, thankfully. My living room needs to be spacious with Tv/ fireplace entertainment built into the wall. OOOOh man! That kitchen is perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do need a BiGGER Pantry, tho. The bathrooms are perfect except I only need one sink, not a double. I need extra counter space in bathroom. I love the Master shower. I dont need a bathtub. I prefer a jacuzzi. Overall I am intrigued by this home. 9/10 rating
