I have this wheel and the f pro I had a problem with the shifters moving on both even after tightening them up, but cube control sent me new ones out with an extra screw at the back. Customer Service was fantastic also worth mentioning good review and agreed with all you said 👍
It’s always reassuring to know that you have a company that would go out of their way to fix a problem in their product rather than leaving the customer unhappy, all the Cube Controls products I have owned has always been top quality. Very happy to hear they sorted you out. 👍🏻
Hello! Always looking forward to your next videos. Hope you are doing great. I saw you sold the csx 2, and now you are selling the csx 3... would you say that grips, diameter and shape of those wheels was the defining factor in order to sell them?... Thank you.
Hey matey, sold csx2 yes no point in having both. Only selling csx3 to buy and test other wheels. If money was nothing I would 100% be keeping the csx3. In fact if it does not sell it would not bother me at all. I did like the Feel and shape of the csx2 more but the simhub compatibility with csx3 is boss. Everything you see on my channel so far all bought by myself will be selling few other bits later also. Gona need money for the new GTX 2 😂
Got you! I know what you mean. I loved the csx2, in fact I was checking for one... but now you mentioning simhub, that is a point I didn't think on... I know what you review is what you buy... Yes Yes, the GTX 2, but this weekend I saw in person the Grid Porsche... and ... uffff.... man.... this porsche wheel, even the VPG version, is like screaming at me..... 😂🤣
It's ok but not ideal. Very very nice wheel but definitely designed for formula cars for gt racing i prefer 300mm rim. I know 20mm does not sound like allot but it is. I would say if your main racing is done in open wheelers and sometimes drive gt3 cars then this be 100% if however you mainly drive gt3 then I would recommend maybe consider a different wheel 🙌🏼
The hyper p1 is better build quality even the led lights are better on p1. I did not want p1 because it was just too busy for me, too many buttons & encoders for what I need. Literally 2 days ago my GSI FPE v2 that is gsi newest wheel got delivered and I love it. I would say the FPE v2 would be closer to the csx than the p1. Also I drive mostly gt3 and lmp cars and I think the csx is better suited towards open wheeler cars 👍🏻 both amazing wheels obviously
HI, Nice and efficient video! You haven't mention anything about the rubber handdles. I've heard they are a bit too hard and smooth, so it's difficult to have a firm grip even with gloves. Can you tell about it? Thanks!
Something I was thinking to mention but forgot during actual filming. Look if you come from a cx2 you will notice immediately that grips are firmer on the CSX3 it’s hard to explain but the cx3 grip is almost like rubber mixed with plastic (I know not much of explanation). They have a very little squeeze in them but it’s not hard hard either 🤷🏼♂️ I did initially preferred the grips from the CSX2 however after using for few months I can honestly now it makes no difference to me, I also always wear gloves but I think if you don’t wear gloves the CSX3 might not be as comfortable. Hope that helps
Nice review! Looking at getting a cube controls wheel soon, just can’t decide if I want backlit buttons or not. Do you feel that they’re too bright if racing with no lights on?
Hey mate, look racing with backlit buttons is definitely a sim racing thing you rarely find it on real race cars however I think it’s great. Not just does it look good but it actually does make it easier to spot where you need to push a button. Brightness for you should not be a problem you can set the brightness right down if you want, inside sim hub is a slider from 0 to 100% so you can set the brightness just as the way you like 👍🏻😉
Hi sorry for late reply was off for a wile. I prefer the build & feel of the Csx2 however the CSX3 is now my favourite wheel. The fact that it works with simhub in my opinion is a game changer 👍🏻
Great work, thanks for creating your chanel
Push my buttons baby 😅 again very detailed and entertaining, what makes your reviews unique! Great work 👍🏻

If I install my simucube quick release in the threaded holes do I need to put a nut in the back?
Hey matey no nut is needed. You screw the wheels side qr direct to the wheel with bolts. The wheel has threads so just screw & go 🙌🏻
