    Oh, I will try this tonight. I hope the first position is not too much for my low back?

      Hi Gerrit, the first pose can be beneficial for lower back tension, however if you try it and you feel any kind of pain back out of it and just do an easy childs pose instead or use more props! Hope that helps!
