Thank you sir. I appreciate the comment. The truck did get a tune revision but we are working out some shifting bugs. I sent out a datalog this morning.

@MaxEffortMedia At first I was kinda wishing I would have stayed with the truck intake manifold. The tune revision had issues, but it had something to do with the Boss Intake and the SCT tuner. The truck was a tad slower 0-60 and the 1/8th mile. So my thought was, I am turning the motor higher rpm to go slower? But as you know, 60ft is a big deal in et. Since the Boss doesn't make power down low, it hurt 60ft and it wasn't initially making enough power up top to overcome the slower launch. But it believe it has all been worked out and that the truck will now beat "maybe substantially" the previous best run with the truck intake which was 4.86 zero to sixty and a 8.57 1/8th mile. Which is pretty salty considering it was a 169K motor with a tune, cai and a high flow y pipe and custom exhaust. 169K isn't alot, but I have had a valve cover off, this motor wasn't maintained well. 100 times nastier than my 228K Ecoboost I owned since new. So I figure, the engine isn't performing as well as it would with a better condition Coyote. I have been meaning to post a new dragy video and see what she will do. Just haven't had time. But I will eventually get around to it. Now I am really glad I did it. 7400rpm sounds awesome and she is pulling really hard 5500 up.

@ port that bad boy if you haven’t already and you might need a converter that’ll help a ton

@MaxEffortMedia ya the converter would be nice. I was used to the low end torque of a tuned and modded Ecoboost making in the neighborhood of 500lbft at 3000rpm. A NA Coyote won't touch 500, especially down low. I commonly had 1.75 60ft with the stock gearing. I think the Coyote pulled off a best of 2.05, can't remember exactly. Thats huge. One strange thing about the converter in the Ecoboost, I could footbrake it to 3000 and launch. I can't get this converter past 2000. And this motor just doesn't make power down that low. Steeper gears would help too.

@MaxEffortMedia And that was a dragy 1.75 60ft which doesn't account for a 1ft roll out like drag strip timers. So at the strip, it would have been 1.60s I believe.

@@lil2.74 yeah the eco makes a ton more torque. Coyote different animal gotta rev it out to move out. I’ve watching your 2.7 content makes me want one for a daily bad 😂 im turning about 83-8500 rpm on my coyote mustang.
