- I take a stock Crew Cab F150 and install a Boss Manifold with an All Motor Labs tune, and see what the difference will be for a real world wide open throttle pull.

Normally there is a max fuel trim percentage value. Mine is set to 25% but 50% is unheard of. Also are you using wideband data to calibrate the fuel maps or are you just using the stft and ltft to tune and change the shift rpm and timing?

what air intake model did you match up for that. Im finding boss intakes for 300 bucks everywhere but cant find a air intake. 5 star tuning offers a manifold kit with custom air intake but its 1500 dollars. so if a find a nice air intake for 400 i saved myself 800 dollars.
S&B makes a nice CAI for about 350$ from American Truck sit in the same factory location and is CARB compliant in all 50 states. My 2016 5.0 F-150 is really happy with it gained 3 MPG and I'm bone stock. I'm looking to install the 302 Boss intake to see if I can get even more MPG than the 23 I'm getting now.
If I bought the boss manifold would I also need to buy a new throttle body?

Have you tuned any 18+ f-150's using a ported 18 mustang mani? Vmp shows better numbers vs the boss mani but curious if it actually performs better?
Dynos show 18+ manifold is better on a lot of videos but haven't seen any ford f150 or mustang actually faster than ported boss 302 or gt350 manifold
Gt 350/ bullit tb both ported is the better than both. That’s what a Mach 1 is 460 crank vs 480.
I been looking at the 2022 f150 and was wondering what's the best gear ratio for 1k turbo 3.31 or 3.73 I use to have a 15 mustang 1khp and 3.55 was to much but for a truck I'm not sure ?
I have a 2021 f159 with the 3.31 and I love it
2021 f150 with 3.73 and it’s fast for stock. Maybe quicker than this one tuned

If you watch when he takes it back it with the boss intake the clock goes from 1:31 to 1:33 and says five hours😂

You can. Lovernois performance has a tune out for the 5.0. 2021s. And you can get an intake manifold for them too...

Any of the 5.0L manifolds are interchangeable. But from what ive read...the mustang gt 5.0 manifold nets the best hp and trq increase across the rpm range. The boss 302 manifold will Rev higher but it won't make the low end torque or mid range of the other manifolds.
Do some research...there's plenty of forums talking about which one is good for what ya know. But yeah...any 5.0 manifold will be compatible.
I have a rcsb 5.0 4x4 what are somethings I could remove for weight, only thing I’ve done so far is remove the spare tire, and im pretty sure you can’t remove the hitch or else the bumper can’t go back on
A few companies make brackets so you can use the stock bumper without the hitch setup.

Re gear your truck. It needs 4.56 with 37s to get back to factory gearing.
These manifolds kill your bottom end torque. Gives you more top end, though.
No it wouldn't help it at all if anything it would make it slower you need to regear to really short gears like 4.88's and possibly add a higher stalling converter

@@dakotapemberton1874 it was installed at All Motors Research Labs and also tuned. Well worth the 10 hr round roadtrip.

2nd pull stock tune/stock mani, dragy showed 108 mph.. neither of my 2012, 2019 and 2020 ran past 104-105 on stock tune..
Now, if you meant base tune/stock mani, that's more understandable. But I don't think that's tha case..
