Why am I getting addicted to these testimonies AFTER he’s been convicted?! I have chores to do but can’t stop am watching!
You’re like reading my mind rn 🤣🤣😂😂
Tell me about it.
My wife’s ready to call the men with the straight jacket for me. And you know what’s even crazier?
I don’t even care if I’m watching the same testimony more than once before getting to others, and the order doesn’t even matter.
Me too lol
Meeee tooooo
Right!😂
Alex even got his brother involved. It seems everyone has to clean up after Alex's messes, except Alex.
Literal "mess"
Spot on.
They all cleaned up Paul's messes to
He cleaned up when he was advised by those in charge that he could. Get it right.
The clean up process has happened for generations in this family…believe it.
Alex just livin what he learned.
It really sickens me how his family is so supportive of him. Notice how no one from Maggie’s family is there? Her sister’s testimony spoke volumes. They know he’s guilty!
What happened to the millions Alex stole? No person does that much oxy and survives.
why wouldn't they support an innocent man?
Do you know for a fact that Maggie's family is not there? If so, how do you know? I don't no what Maggie's family looks like except M. Proctor or her sister.
@@JackieAgain7he also didnt have a pill problem for as long as he claims, as a recovering addict myself, heroin even got to be not enough for me after a while... theres NO way he stuck to pain pills for decades. Its the mounting LIES for me. im also not sure why more people haven't spoken on how not normal it is for someone to take that many pills and never overdose not even once... He never had an addiction, its a farce. The money is hidden somewhere, Buster knows
“CACA MANAIA” we are talkin about dynasty, law, politics,💵💵, liars, drugs, corruption.
U scratch my back I scratch urs. SLADE the night of murder was in SHOCK he was crying along w murderer. His attorney is Power Senator Harpootlian paying back the Murdaughs
for all the CAMPAIGN 💰💰 got him elected & Alec stole. The jury🤷🏽🤷♀️
If he really wanted to find out who did the murders he would NEVER had cleaned the scene. He knows this more than anyone.
Totally agree. Brother John admitted under oath that he cleaned up the crime scene "for my brother."
Exactly. He is covering up for his brother
The scene was released. That is how it was left.
Crime scenes as gruesome as this one is the reason there are companies that will clean it up for families of the victims. There was no reason for the brother to clean that up. It surprises me that this was not suggested be done.
@@BH-1964 Exactly! We know a person in CA whose bf offed himself in the backyard. We were told that people were finding little pieces of his skull in the grass for months afterwards. Blech!
Crazy that Marvin was even allowed to do this.
this guy KNOWS there are professionals that come in and clean up crime scenes.
So in the Murdaugh world family has access to crime scenes so swiftly? Something is fishy smelly here.
Corruption or stupidity but I feel like it’s most likely stupidity
I can’t find a logical reason except the obvious why he would want in any way to clean up that gruesome crime scene especially when this family has money to call a professional service to do that.
That's what I said too, much money when they paid people to do all kinds of things for them.... also he could not view any pictures of it in the courtroom. How would he be able to begin cleaning up the devastation?
Maybe John Marvin felt it wouldn't be right to have a stranger do it. He must have felt it should be done by someone who loved them. I believe he's sincere & loved them both. Alex I don't believe was sincere in any of his testimony.
I agree. There’s no good reason
@@melissaharrison7542 That makes a lot of sense. The law should have sectioned off the bodies as a crime scene period. But the law was Murdaugh and covering up was what they specialized in.
His brother cried more tears than Alex has this entire time
The drug addiction was a lie or at least a gross exaggeration.
I totally agree
Over exaggerated. What he says how much he spends a month, there's no way.
He probably was selling more than doing them, himself.
@@kate1830 Yea, but I did the math and looked up how much prescription 80mg Oxys are and they are around $20 a pill. He said his addiction cost him $50k a week. That's 357 pills a day. If he paid double because it was thru a dealer.. that would be 178 pills a day. Impossible. He'd be dead a long time ago. I think most of that money is being laundered to off shore accounts so can't be touched. He wasn't consuming 178 80mg Oxys a day. He lies like the wind.
I just hope and pray the jury sees through all the BS Alex is guilty! He called Maggie and Paul to their deaths.
I thought this brother might be the only decent one of them-NOT? I just watched the Netflix show and he is deep in there covering up stuff, moving stuff. Absolutely, this family covers for each other.
I saw on the 48 Hours show about them that one of the sons (can't remember which one) was in a wreck in a family truck with his girlfriend (she told the story). He was drunk. Gf called 911. Son called the dad and others and they came out and cleaned up the accident scene before EMS arrived (or maybe they were called off). Unloaded all the guns that were in the truck. Got the truck out of the ditch and drove it home. They admonished the gf for calling 911 - as she "could've gotten my son in trouble"!
@@CereCerebration ..that was Paul again, involved in that accident...
Yeah he seems like the only normal one
Investigation Discovery Channel has a great documentary too
Watch his testimony. He goes to Moselle the next morning alone. Cleans the shed. Previous night two family members brutally killed and you go over there by yourself ??? Unbelievable. He wasn't afraid. Wow...
Prosecution did not pick up on that.
The Cleaner in the family - clean up man in terms of getting the boat out of there, destroy evidence, drive to rehab, give Paul a job, etc
sold some big equip., secured some of alexs money(heard in call), loading guns in a truck........
John Marvin talking about needing to clean the crime scene was emotional. But normally people don't go back to the crime scene knowing it can't have been cleaned up.
Best liar yet
It’s so hard for most people to realize that there are truly horrific murderers in this world. And sometimes that runs through families.
Hiding in plain sight. He’s the cleaner. Buster helped too. It’s so obvious. No one was watching them and if they did, they didn’t have any reason to suspect them at the time. Buster seems like a sociopath too. I believe this all started with him and Steven Smith. The original sin.
Alex never said he would find out who did it.
right ! only wanted to clear Paul's name from the boat accident. Murdaugh's went to the hospital to try to get the other kids to lie. Alex will stop at nothing! even murder!
Did he ever say ..oh my poor wife and son what they went through ..Why why why. he didn't say cause he did it!
Why was this man walking around cleaning up and downright interfering with a police investigation ??? His act on the witness stand is absolute BS in my opinion 🙄
He didn’t realize Paul made the videos and he had to scramble.
Nobody interested on finding out who killed them would clean the place. This man knew exactly what he was doing and the people who allowed him doing that too.
Brutal scene for anyone especially an uncle and brother in law. and a disaster by SLED. 😬
It's not the sleds job to clean crime scenes. There's agency and private companies that do it.
@@jenniwalker9180 No - but it's their job to pick up ALL the evidence. They left a lot - including a large piece of Paul's skull apparently.
This entire family knows how to lie 🤥
Addict or alcoholic, functioning or not, you’re not using heavily for 20+ years and your family and closest friends not knowing. It’s just not going to happen.
I think Alex was a gambler. Not a pill addict. It doesn’t add up.
they found his pills several times..\\.
I just can’t see Alex being a drug addict and no one else noticing him taking who knows how many pills a day? Going to work, going to social events, being with family and friends, constantly… Doesn’t fit. Not if you’ve known an addict like many of us have!
One would think by AM taking that many pills a day that he would OD. That's a lot.
Totally agree, that makes zero sense
Ppl including Maggie's sister testified they knew abt the pills for years. That being said, there's no way he was spending all that money on drugs. More like drug dealing.
This is a great point. They can hide it for awhile but not when it becomes extreme
He may have been giving the pills to clients to keep them high while he stole their money. If they were in accidents they could've been in pain,
The more you hear about things coming out, that brother and buster are involved more than many know. This was a good performance on the stand.
Amen a million times!!!!!!
I personally did not fall for this it was way over done just like Alex and seemed like acting it's a no brainier to me. Theatrics and it makes me sick to my stomach.
EXACTLY
John knows something
Funny how the phone just suddenly appeared
And the minute his family finds out he kills them along with the house keeper... allegedly 🤥
Does anyone think The police purposely did a terrible job collecting evidence and preserving the area letting all those lawyers walk all over everything ; so that they can say this is a miscarriage of justice because they didn’t do
a good job from the
start ; collecting evidence etc.
I personally believe they did that on purpose.
Another thing I cannot stop thinking about is the nurses aide or care aide I believe her name was Shelley that was looking after Alex‘s mom. she either has serious social anxiety and that’s why she could not get her words out when she was on the stand or she is terrified and I mean terrified by Alex.
When she said that Alex came in there with that tarp I have such an ominous feeling that he threatened her or her family and he scared her so much as if he threaten to kill her and her family or have somebody do that if she says a word to incriminate him. Anybody else have a comment on this she looked terrified and she was crying on the stand 💔
Agreed. Narcissistic people prey on Empaths. She was TERRIFIED! But so brave to tell the truth.
I think Shelly is a sweetheart, hated to be a part of having to tell the truth about a family member of a family she adored working for. And I bet she is no longer sitting with Ms Libby... She was nervous but her heart was breaking for this family!
No. AM did that by getting all his friends over.
She had love for the family, but had to tell her truth. And Alex telling her to change the time of his stay would upset anyone. He is intimidating
Practicing law in a small town can lead to a lawyer’s arrogance, feeling powerful and quietly manipulating people, institutions and conspiring with other power brokers behind the scenes. I observed a young lawyer new to the town being treated like a rock star by men and women of all ages. A lawyer with groupies who believed that he was some sort of brilliant hero.
I cannot imagine how entitled and above the law the Murdaugh family felt after their decades of power.
My sister and her husband are not on the straight and narrow. I tried thinking the best of them for over 20 years until they both tried to steal from me and destroyed some of my property. They are a literal danger to me and cannot be in my life. Nothing as horrific as murder but nontheless very hard to accept that a relative is a criminal or evil. We deny it until we no longer can. Only then can the healing begin.
💯 going through this with my mom and brother. I cut them off completely.
My brother was charged with horrible crimes and I testified for him: my mother insisted. I will feel horrible about it for the few years I have left and I've carried it with me for a very long time. Thank God the jury found him guilty.
noone asked
@@abadazadytgaming7200 what is the point of a comment like this? Is your life that lame that you have to crack on people for literally no reason. It is important for the prosecutor to remind the jury after all this crying and moaning that this is not about feelings, whether they are genuine or not. It's about actions and facts and the jury's duty is to focus on them. Besides, I think John Marvin already knows the truth deep down inside and that's why he's so deeply sad. The way he sometimes looked at Alex was very revealing.
Yup
There is no facts to focus on other than financial crimes. Lying about stealing money doesn’t mean you blow your sons head off making his brain hit the roof
@@feelincrispy7053 Of course there is! Timelines, videos, other data etc. are pure facts. They are things that have been proven to happen. We know for a fact, that Alex was at the kennels, had different shirt during the day, went to his mother etc.
@@mariacampana7764 I totally agree.
KiKa, how did he look at Alex? I'm curious.
LOL the jury wrestled with it for all of 45 minutes
He was covering up evidence. He had to know that biological clean ups like that have special groups to do it appropriately. It has been shown the family has the local police in their back pockets.
He’s not an attorney
@@bridgey968 what does he do? Did they say? He has grown up with attorney dad, granddad, brother. He was around legal matters his whole life.
@@bridgey968 John Marvin is also a lawyer.
@@truthhurts2879 But it's so difficult when the suspect is a family member. I believe that John Marvin did the best he could in a horrendously painful situation, and he understands why Alex is charged with the crime.
John Marvin is not an attorney, he stated it in his testimony. Randy is the brother who is also an attorney
Why did Alex Murdaugh’s brother, John, describe in graphic detail cleaning the crime scene the day after Maggie and Paul were murdered?
I am thinking that John Marvin is obviously devastated by the whole tragedy, but he is trying to testify as to what he himself saw and did. I don't think he tried to cover up Alex's behavior. I think he is extremely grieving about 2 dead family members and a brother who is potentially a murderer.
He felt like he owed it to Paul to testify to the best extent he could. At the same time, he is obviously extremely depressed that Alex would have committed this shocking crime.
I truly feel for John Marvin.
@@jostalkshow Agree 100%
I assumed he cleaned it right away because people would need to go to the kennels to feed the dogs and would have to see it but it definitely seemed really weird that the police cleared it the very next day.
to gain sympathy
To avoid being charged as an accessory after the fact.
John is a lawyer he would know not to touch a crime scene or most importantly not to 'clean' it....or ' find' and move a phone! Astounding imho
He's not a lawyer. He owns some kind of heavy equipment stores.
John is not a lawyer is he? don't think so
He's not a lawyer
He called law enforcement and asked if he was clear to go into the crime scene.
Your thinking of Randy
He Helped Alex Cover up Evidence Period !!!
These guys can sure put on a show 😂
He’s not the murderer so he is genuinely hurt he has a right to cry
@@andrearthur7254 nah it’s an act these guys know how to manipulate you should do your homework on these guys I sure did
And he talks like alex.he lies he clean up the crime scene
YES sooooo over done. Drives me nuts it's not even good acting.....the genuine ones didn't do all that theatrical stuff.
Am I the only one feeling like John Marvin came off a little…. contrived? It felt a little lacking, and describing what he’s saying he did…would leave someone’s breathing affected, all sorts of tears and not sounding as collected when describing something that could be out of a horror movie.
Why not hire a clean up crew for your brother? Why put yourself through that trauma unless you know your brother did it and you want to protect him 🤔
This brother was completely complicit. He claims to love good ole paw paw but he had not trouble covering up his murder
I believe the best coverage of this trial has been right here. No better camera coverage. I found John Marvin and the former partner of Alex in their firm was especially moving. I find Harpootlian more nasty than need be, especially with the former law partner. I went into this on the edge of Alex being guilty. After Alex took the stand and learned just how much he lies, and how dead his eyes are, that I now believe Alex is quite guilty.
You can tell John is a Murdaugh..
Hopefully the jurors feel the same way.
Im still waiting for proof evidence. I have a feeling I’ll be waiting for eternity
The dead eyes are him trying to make sense of the bad things he did in a drug psychosis. If this guy wasn't a rich lawyer but some homeless addict on the street it would be a slam dunk case.
@@chas4life they have said he's broke, even stealing millons
I didn’t know people were allowed to go and pick around at a crime scene!!!
Here (this case) is a lesson for any law enforcement that considers giving special privileges during a criminal investigation to a powerful family or powerful individual-if you bend procedures for them, then when things go wrong for that powerful family they will use that habit of bending procedures against you, calling your work “sloppy”.
Were there (Alex’s) prints on the phones ? Did they even care to check for other prints ?
I’ve heard it asked and the answer is usually that phones are so often handled by others inside of the household it wouldn’t carry any weight.
Fascinating how they were able to clean the crime scene up that Amex created right under the police supervision.
This was all a coverup by a family who has been "fixing" things for years. Alex lost it over:
(1) The $30 million dollar boat crash lawsuit. (2) Pressure at work about missing money.
(3) Maggie probably wouldn't sign over her $ and homes to cover Alex's debts (4) Paul finding Alex's drugs, hiding them, which cut off his immediate supply. (5) Maggie was already leaving. Her wedding ring was found later under the car seat. That night she found out about his hidden pills from Paul. She was already living at Edisto, the Beach house, and didn't want to go to Moselle. She called both her sister and friend & said, "He is up to something". He lured her there! Alex uses sympathy or victim mode to deflect blame for theft. Killing Maggie and Paul (gave him until September) to be confronted with the missing PMPED Law Firm funds. Alex has many motives for killing his wife & son.
Oh yeah he sounds all broke up
What about him and buster gambling in Vegas? What about buster talking to his father about his murdered brother an mother and just called them "the homicides"
These folks have gotten away with everything their whole lives...
I imagine Buster has to dissociate or he’d be a wreck. It’s a common psychological survival tactic
@@KristiLEvans1 I think Buster was involved. I said from the first time I watched the documentary, that there were 2 shooters. I think Alec paid Buster and his drug dealer to do it. Why has Alex being shot not be brought up? Pretty sure I heard his drug dealer was paid to shoot him, so why not his wife? Btw, the documentary goes further in depth than these attorneys have.
@@lesliebailey9840 I think it's all in the family.
@@lesliebailey9840 Busted has even less a motive than Alex did. And again, airtight alibi
@@KristiLEvans1 is to inherit everything. If his brother was still alive after being sued for the boating accident and the divorce the mother was filing for, there wouldn’t be much left. That’s why Alex hired his own hit man, so Buster could get the 10 million dollar life insurance policy
Heartbreaking to hear and see that the uncle John Marvin loved nephew Paul more than his father did. Appalling that a crucial evidence like Maggie's phone was not found by police but by a witness. His comment that "if the person who did this is not in jail, then nobody's safe..." The brother himself was afraid Alex will also kill him and Randy just to silence them.
No one said ANYTHINg about the large beach towel in, in the front seat of Alex’s SUV at the crime scene that night!!!People can see that he could have that beach towel on his seat in the SUV! just laying there all water up! Very suspicious!
I can't help thinking he secretly wants his brother found guilty and accountable.
Maybe even subconsciously
Well he was asked do you think you have found the killer & his brother replied no we haven’t
Yes he could be next. AM is a scary man and will be desperate as he has no future, if found innocent. How will he survive financially? I would not want AM near me or my family. If he is innocent most people think he is guilty his life he had is over. I FEEL for Maggie and Mallory and their families.
@@caroldoyle8038 when I saw that part it felt like he had to say that to keep up appearances and has no choice but to go along but his brothers must both understand how crazy Alex is that he would stage the Sept 4 shooting, that it’s not too shocking to think he would kill his wife and son. There’s not even the smallest bit of evidence that it could be anyone else. I really think everyone in his family must realize that Alex is the killer at this point.
Alex received $4 million from his fathers will that can’t be touched in the courts. Maybe his brothers are using his portion for these lousy lawyers.
Did anyone else hear Alex's brother say on the stand, that when he went back the next day, he could specifically see where Maggie had been because he had seen where she was covered the night before... But then he changed it and said that with the grass he couldn't really tell where she had been.( Maybe I just didn't hear him right?) -C
Also why would they have cleaned up Maggie’s remains better than Paul’s ? She was shot in the head too. Her brain was intact but really John Marvin ? No really talks about Maggie’s death ?
They moved dirt over the blood
Jessie, you've put out consistent and concise coverage of this trial.
This is What Happens when you Let A family get this Much Power in a Small little Town !!!
The breakdown of this testimony was excellent. Great summary.
I do feel sorry for the brothers. This one seems sincere. It would be unimaginable for me to think my brother had done something like this. I think as a sibling, you always believe the best of your siblings, no matter what. It has to be horrifying to think otherwise.
He did not killed them This is a VENDETA . Pay back . They killed his wife and son knowing they would be blaming Alex . That is the worse pain . He is suffering in his own skin. This is a revenge, very good calculated. These are 2 killers . I promise you they are going to be caught. There is no perfect crime . Alex is all of the above still not a murderer. !!!
THEY HAVE THE KILLER!
@@silviataylor936 why lie where he was at the time of murder?
@@silviataylor936 it seems they would have found the people by now, but they stopped looking after a month or two... Alex, with all his money and lawyer power, should not have stopped looking.

What!? Not one real
Tear! They are all sick!!’
All those years addicted to drugs and NO ONE knew....
John Marvin did SEEM more sincere, more genuine, and more emotional than Alex, however, this is the guy who towed the boat after the accident in the attempted coverup. I do feel for the family and close friends, it’s a horrific loss. But, I have to keep in mind that 2 things can be true at once; you can defend someone you love without completely believing (in) them, and the defense using the family members as character witnesses is meaningless, bc even they didn’t know who Alex really was.
He also was with Buster removing guns from the house. A news reporter caught it on his drone. This was right before the search warrant was issued. He likely got word and raced over there with buster and removed guns. Very telling.
Paul!!to protect Paul clearly he loved the kid.and Paul wasn't close with his dad so he needed a father figure in his life.Paul changed after the accident
John Marvin's acting didn't buy me
A serpent is more sincere and genuine than Alex…
@@mindaelliott9576 I saw that. I think it was someone's drone caught them on video. Why didn't that make it into the court trial?
I totally believe that his brother cleaned up the crime scene, maybe he even cried during it. But it’s not the first crime scene they have cleaned up now is it?
EXACTLY WHAT I WAS THINKING 🤔
Who? Every who the defense came up with was a lie. The crime scene was destroyed as soon as Alex started calling every rich guy in the low country.
yes, he called every lawyer friend right away, but didn't call Buster right away.
So Maggie spoke with a divorce attorney. And Paul told his previous girlfriend how his dad and him aren’t close .
I certainly do not miss these days!!!!! I have a vivid memory of sitting in a parking lot, going through with drawl, having no choice, but to give someone a ride, punching and kicking the dashboard waiting for them to get out of work. That memory has kept me clean for over a decade.😊
The brother's smart he knows when to start trying to pretend to cry to make the jury think that hes sympathetic and he believes his brother the defense was smart putting him on but thankfully the prosecutors were smarter by not letting him be the last witness on stand!
Took the same acting class Alex did I suppose lol terrible terrible actors I can't believe people actually call this genuine.😂
I just love Sidebar with Jesse Weber he breaks down every important moment in this trial I appreciate it so much 😊
Yea right! He tries to clean up his brothers mess to cover anything up. I don’t trust any of these family members. Crooked. All of them. He knows better! He knows better than to touch anything.
There used to be a short lived TV program about crime entitled "The Cleaner". I can't, for the life of me, think that someone "covered Maggie's location with dirt" but didn't hose down and clean up Paul's death scene.
Nothing surprises me in life anymore, sadly.
Why is it that murdogh brother is inserting himself at the crime scene ie cleaning up crime scene, supposedly finding Maggie's phone? He has a conflict of interest. He should not be there.
He killed them because of his drug use. He prob had sychosis when he did. One common side effect from using opioids is irritability. He prob freaked out on them. Drugs changes people.
Those are the 3 ppl that knew of his drug use
No reasonable doubt. Murdaugh was the killer. MOTIVE#1: Addict in throws of jonesing/withdrawal and raging for his pills which Paul had confiscated. He touched Paul's body (pockets)looking for pills.
Nah. He was totally aware of what he was doing. Drugs weren't what made him do this.
Planned it for a long time and lured them there.
The police don't do cleanup. I worked for 2 companies that did crime scene cleanup. We were private contractors. I was usually after the actual cleanup putting things back together after the cleanup. Terrible job.
You earned every dollar that was made, I can only imagine what all you see n that type of work.
How could you kill your family? My wife has cancer and I’m doing everything I can to save my family. 😞
Right out of the gate, Alex told lies to the first Police Officer on scene. LE body cam, simple questions like : Alex states the last time he saw them alive 1 1/2 hrs plus another 45 minutes. That is 2 hours and 15 minutes ruffly 8:00 pm. Alex full well knows it's a lie. Re-visit that video, the position of his car, a flash light in his hand. So rude to be on his cell phone calling. Asking more than once after he knows no doubt they are dead. Requesting Emergency Medical to hurry up ! Alex a drama queen performance entering the last chapter of his priviledged life. Extremely guilty.
Yes & after he lied when he said he'd checked them himself. He made sure they were both deceased. I believe AM loved them both as much as he can love anyone but himself. I believe he used a shotgun to shoot Paul first & after he saw the damage it caused he used a rifle to kill Maggie but it could be just the opposite. He used shotgun on Paul after he had to shoot Maggie several times to be sure she was dead. His brother was sincere & believable but Alex was neither during his testimony
While i understand this mans pain, he did not have to clean up the crime scene. Dont tell me they didnt know about the state agency that provides that service.
they are used to cleaning up the family messes
❤Personally, I’m feeling the fact that he made a call to the cops to go in to a crime scene a day after , just highlights how deeply entrenched how deep & many are clearly corrupt . I think it was allowed on purpose to throw this whole case 🤥Everyone is protecting everybody else
Absolutely totally corrupted place and no doubt police too are compromised . Let's face it murdaugh spent years cheating robbing poor people he has tremendous power status . Those local people would be scared to go up against this powerful family and that includes the police force . Think the brother has a very well rehearsed story comes across that way not spontaneous covering all angles. Shocking really
This whole town is thicker then thieves! Cops SLED ruined the crime sceen and so did all the people Alex called to come to his aide. Alex knew what to do .
They had tons of attorney friends at the scene that night and I feel certain someone would have told him that they have companies that do the cleaning up of scenes. Sad he was upset and thought he would need to clean. And just why were the family and friends back at the home just hours after leaving. They had other places to stay and congragate!!!!
He rang his *friend* in the law enforcement, he said. Then he mentioned two agents by their full names ... This family owned the whole law enforcement there, I believe the investigators were intimidated. Alex constantly misused his power. This explains a lot why the investigation was so sloppy; nobody dared to approach this family from a wrong angle.
Agreed. I think most of the police processing the crime scene were trying to do their job, and encountering family and friends who claimed or acted like they had the authority to be there. Two different LE agencies, no clear authority asserted. The family had someone in law enforcement facilitating this confusion. The brother is saying the crime scene was released and at the same time describing speaking to SLED agents on the property and complaining that they were not interested in his help with the phone.
The 1 thing u can't deny is his brother was on video at the time of the crime he even confirmed it so all this lying to manipulate ppl is going backfire in the long run
Wow. Actual tears from a Murdaugh.
Jesse said he was so sure that the jury would wrestle with whether or not Alex could actually do this. It turns out they did not. For me, the reason for this is they were not only listening to Alex when he was testifying, they were also observing his behaviour.
Oh my God he sounds exactly like his brother Alex
The uncle has shown more emotion than Alex.
yes, true emotion not the fake tears of evil Alex
Fake emotions. Remember he is the guy who he did a lot of evidence destruction at the boat killing
Remember blood is thicker than water(s).
Alex drained his wife and son pretty quickly.
John acts like he so promises to find Paul's murder, and yet he cleans the crime scene! Really you want to find the killer and wash the evidence!! And you only talk about Paul not Maggie who got shot 5 times! He actually screws up Alex's state of mind because he says that Alex said they were hurt. Yet in the video Alex says they are dead.
John Marvin talks too much. No one elaborates that much. It’s like it’s a show or a presentation. Very lawyer like.
Kindly keep the volume higher. Thank you.
I really want to know about this new evidence that was found during the murder investigation that warranted the opening up of the maid and young man in the middle of the road cases.
Well, it turns out AM got the insurance policy at Mosel exactly 1 month before the housekeepers “accident.” Coincidence??? I don’t think so.
The house keeper was murdered by Alex or Paul. the 911 call was so heartless! The young man Stephen was killed for his doings with Buster i still believe. watch videos if you can find them!
Wait, what? There are MORE people, besides Mallory, who have mysteriously died around this family??
@@alhaithamsfourthabmuscle yes their personal housekeeper Gloria Satterfield fell down steps but many believe she af killed ... check out the 911 call so calucious, both Maggie and Paul. Than Alex kept all the money Gloria's family was supposed to get. Than a young teen named Steven Smith was killed by blunt force traumato the back of his head. Ppl say he was busters boyfriend. Steven was walking fairly close to the murdaugh home when he was killed. Busters name came up many times in the investigation. Than of course Mallory Beach and the boat accident. Iam sure there are many more we do not know about!
@@alhaithamsfourthabmuscle oh honey...... generations of this ..... And Alex alone is more than one can ever really imagine ..... Pure evil!!!!!! Greed!!!! Narcissism!!!!
It’s so annoying how his voice sounds exactly like Alex’s
Yup
He looks directly at Alex & Alex responds “ Yes Sir”.
Alex was born into a privileged life & lived it. Don’t care how much he claims to love family, his drugs & finances were so screwed up, he killed his family for the Insurance Money!!! Money has always been his #1 priority! GUILTY!
Wait a minute here!! Regarding Maggie’s cell phone and it pinging, you need to go back to when the cell phone expert or it’s data said her phone died or shut off as did Paul’s cellphone died at 10:34 pm on 6/7/2021.
When did they show Maggie’s had died? If it was still pinging, is it possible it had been charged? I believe the data would show if it had.
If that phone had died they likely would have never found it.
First off, it's ridiculous that this man would ask for permission "from a friend of his in law enforcement" to go to the crime scene that wasn't cleaned up! Really? What possible reason would he have to go? What did he intend to find or do? Seems a little suspicious all this happened, and that he messed with the crime scene. I would imagine that police would return to the scene in the daylight, since it was dark when they were called. He's Alex's brother for God's sake! But he contaminated what was left at the scene, and that can't be undone.
It's very suspicious SLED or any LEOs releasing a Crime Scene so quickly. I believe some officers were there all night according to testimony but they released the scene when they left. The dogs did have to be fed & watered so maybe that's why they did it so quickly?
Opiates do not give you 'paranoia' infact they are often given to relieve anxiety. His brothers described a comedown very accurately though.
People would of noticed the come down off the opiates. He was not a drug addict! no way!
AM ruined his entire life in exchange for a nasty dirty prison cell. So many lives lost due to the greed of AM.
Thanks Jesse x
How in the world can a grown man like AMs brother, take a decision to walk in to a crimescene and start cleaning up the mess with all blood and bodyparts trashed up and spread everywhere. I do not believe a word that this brother says. Very Very Very suspicios 💥
It's certainly not normal.
His story about how he tracked down the phone was suspicious also. I think his mission was to find that phone before law enforcement did. SLED agent told him they had it covered, and there were too many LE around to risk going for it himself. He says the crime scene was cleared, but the road was closed, and he was on the opposite side from where the phone was found. I have never heard if the scene was actually cleared.
AM drew his brothers into this mess and they are protecting themselves as well as him. Of course the grief is real, he’s not a monster, but his actions are suspect.
They sound exactly alike the brothers
Great video, ty. audio could've been amplified more.
So Alex must have some dirt on his brother John, for him to keep cleaning up really dirty messes.
Yes, it is hard for Alex’s brother, I got this.
However, after the boat accident and when they were trying to find the girl that people assumed was dead, Paul was sitting there and laughing!?! Will you do this after you killed an innocent woman? Even if you would be completely drunk? Paul had a lot from his father . No, he didn’t deserve to be killed like this, but I always have this scene in mind when they talk about Paul. As everyone else he had good and bad sides. I guess he was strongly influenced by his father.
This evil is deep rooted through generations of murdaugh's
The brother reminds me of Samual L Jackson in the movie called “ The cleaner” he cleans up crime scenes . This family has a history of covering up for each other and having the law in their pocket . They’re lawyers they know NOT to clean up a crime scene . This the same brother who remind the boat after the boat accident which he had no authority to do . The brother knows Alec was in on these murders but if any of them says the truth it’ll be incriminating each other and themselves . This family is soul less like how can you clean up your nephew’s body like that a normal person wouldn’t be doing that
Murdaugh's were aloud down to the boat crash site and poor family of dead daughter was not aloud. Murdaugh's have to lose this awful evil power!
@@maryj2671 exactly ! To add insult no police officers even called Mallory’s parents to tell them about the crash . We all know he killed the maid for the money as well . The whole family is just even and willing to cover up everything . I hope all the victims get justice
Alex put the phone there before he went to the house 🏠 to start phoning it. He wanted it found to look like the killer's where driving away
Great , thank you JESSE 🔥💛🧡❤
He has a degree in *criminal justice* !!! When he cleaned the crime scene, he knew exactly what he was doing and he did it for a very good reason. Not for the reason he's saying in this video imo.
The money this family have and they couldn't hire a crime scene cleaner?!
So they hated the family so bad, but let him leave? Please...These family members can't be that blind
The police usually come, tape off the scene, wait for CSI or Homicide detective, they take initial pictures, the Homicide detective contacts and confers with the coroner prior to the bodies being touched. Then after all the evidence is gathered a cleanup crew, usually contractors are called in. The police could be charged with obstruction if these basic activities were not carried out.
