One improvement I would like to suggest is that pilates focuses a lot on breathing during these workouts so it would be helpful to include in breathing instructions during the steps to make it more impactful for beginners.
My first day of high school is starting soon and I love doing your workout videos, Anna! Even though I'm a sweaty mess at the end of the workouts I've been feeling really fit and healthy lately, I've also been seeing more muscle definition which is awesome! I'm so happy I'm going to be able to go back to school feeling confident about myself for the first time in a long time. Thank you, Anna. 🙂🙂

Ce n'est pas du pilates. C'est inspiré du pilates. Le pilates est différent et centré sur la respiration avec des mouvements très lents. Dommage de ne pas le préciser très explicitement, on nous fait croire qu'on fait du pilates alors que c'est une discipline très spécifique. Mais c'est génial comme entraînement ❤ Il faut juste avoir conscience que ce n'est pas du pilate
