    Really great queueing throughout. I always struggle to know what to do with my toes (point or flex) so I appreciated you actually telling us throughout. Loved this workout. I am definitely going to be repeating!

    Used my 1kg ankle weights but took them off for the 30 scissors of doom…. Great physio routine.

    This workout probably explains how a 39-year-old can still be so sexy.
