    Thanks for the steamer tip I tried it with my regular clothing steamer and a few other products 🤯❤️ worked like magic !!

  • @Sheisanangel0

    you needed to pour water on the surface first and let it sit for a while. Forcing the scum off wil ruin the finish and eventually expose the metal causing it ato rust.

    I think it would be helpful to a degree to put Dawn dish soap w water on there, and let it sit. It may soften some of it up and make it easier. I just bought a steamer myself. Coming along nicely.

    pre scrub with dish soap and water mixture. Let it sit. Use the steamer to rinse in a slower motion than shown. Use the steamer inconjuction with other smart cleaning methods. I love my steamer.

    I totally feel your pain. I just bought a house that has the filthiest stove I ever saw. Only it's black so I never saw the baked on grease around the burners. I cried when I saw how nasty it is. Spent 2 1/2 hours scrubbing with baking soda and vinegar that has always worked when something boils over on my stove but not this time. What kind of steamer did you use, how much did it cost, and where did you buy it?

      I was out of the country for a few months, came home after the house sitter we hired, family friend, and found my 13 year old stainless steel gas cook top basically destroyed. It looked like they burned tar on it. I am going to try this technique. Thanks for this video.

      MorrisonGirl that’s why I only rent from management companies and I try to rent new builds. Which is what I just did. Nobody has used anything in my apt but me. I can see myself in my oven racks because they sparkle. I pay a price for a brand new apt but it’s worth every dime. I lived in an apt that the oven was not dirty on outside but it was older than me and the racks had that furry grease/ greasy fur. Could not be cleaned. I refused to try. I ate out everyday until I got outta there.

    clearly steam cleaner is not the solution. i just tried the same actually, totally futile. the only thing the steam cleaner gets off is the same stuff that soap, water, and a brush will get off.

    When I had a cleaning service we had some India people want us to clean their apartments.... there were 2 apartments. Their stoves were a little dirtier than this. No idea how they get them that dirty. Shower was just as bad. I told them it would take $1 million for my girls to clean that mess!! Our rule after that was that we did not clean for India people, ever! By the way.... my best friend since 1989 is from India so I am not racist.

    • @lilolme69
      @lilolme69 6 лет назад +3

      And to ad to that, if people from India didn't try to fuck others out of what they owed and they weren't so damn FILTHY, we would have cleaned for them. It's something you learn in business, who you want your customers to be and who you don't. I'm sure you would be on our DON'T list. We didn't like having cunts as customers either. And if you think other businesses, especially big cleaning companies don't do this too, you are 100% wrong. I know cleaning business owners from all over the world and it goes on each and every day of the week.
