  • How to preserve yam for frying
    in this video beautiful people, I share with you how you can store your yam or tubers in the freezer for a very long time. This will save you some money when yasm are in season. kindly make sure that your oil is very hot before adding your frozen yam

    I will definitely be trying out your method. The fried yam at the end looks perfectly crunchy and so yum. The best way to avoid food waste when it comes to yam

    Adding the turmeric is awesome, use this method most of the time and it tastes so good. The outcome after frying looks so crunchy and beautiful. Waiting for the frying with chofe Sissy.

    Sissy long time I've been really tight. Ive learned smthin new all thanks to. I always wondered why my yam gets soaked in water when I store it in a fridge.. It was supposed to use be4 it melts.. ✌️👍😍
