      From my experience, if there was a genuine love between the spouses in the past, women are reluctant to leave even when their partner becomes abusive. They are hanging on the past memory, they still see the old version of their beloved one and hope he will return. Same thing like mothers seeing their adult children still as a little kids. I bet she still loved him and didn't stay just out of fear. If he abused her physically, who knows. Maybe, maybe not. My personal opinion is that he would shout at her and throw things but would not hurt her. She kinda resigned.

    • @mambutuomalley2260

      @@jakublulek3261 The cycle of abuse is a little more complex than just hanging on to a memory. The abusive situations can be very sparse and only last for moments. During the time after a heavily abusive situation the abuser often times showers the abused with love and affection.There are tons of psychological processes that happen in a victim of abuse. Hanging on to a memory typically plays only a small part.

    The chef seems very angry, depressed, and reluctant to take guidance. I feel bad for the people that work for him and for his wife.

    I love how he trapped him on the boat. This way Andy couldn't run away. Gordon realized that he's all bark but no bite as long as his "opponent" is stronger than him.

    It was funny that Ramsey had to take dude out on a boat so he couldn't run away. He's a 100% narcissist!

    • @YamiKisara
      @YamiKisara 9 месяцев назад +3

      Just because you saw a video about psychology on youtube doesn't make you a trained expert - he's not a narcissist, he's lashing out because he's under tremendous pressure, actual narcissists are very rare and hard to spot, because they know how to manipulate others in their favour.

    • @mflyn801
      @mflyn801 9 месяцев назад +5

      @@YamiKisara My mother is a narcissist so I can spot it quite easily. The reason I said that is Andy's reluctance to admit his flaws and blaming everyone except himself. And his belief that everything he cooks is perfect and if the customer sends the dish back they're stupid.

      @@mflyn801yeah i dont think you know how complex of narcissistic disorder is and just because you see some shit online doesnt mean you know. Not everyone is a narcissist because you think they are.

    Everybody keeps talking about how he treats his wife, he is just generally horrible and treats everyone horrible. Honestly he tries to be smart but ends up being a smart ass. I'm glad I'm not ramsay because he and I would definitely not get along.
