Vinnie is a stellar example of a life of disciplined practice and refinement of his craft. One doesn't get to that level without millions of hours of chopping wood. So much respect for his mastery!

I remember watching Bring On The Night. When the band got introduced, the crowd went insane for Omar Hakim. Like Vinnie, he made the music exciting. I'd say half the audience was probably there to see Vinnie anyway! Massive disappointment for me is - no Vinnie for Stings Aussie tour. That's pretty f**ked up right there.
Is it teue than sting fited vinnie from his band becose he was using his phone during an important live playing just with one hand , and talking with someone on his phone ?
