I've had this bike since July of 2023. Love it. Has everything. I put a dark gray crate on the rear rack to hold groceries and bought the front rack to hold important stuff that I want to keep an eye on. I buy groceries for the wife all the time...a good reason to ride. I wheel it into the store and lock it...bikes like this are desirable to thieves.
The extra efficiency from dual motors comes from fewer copper losses (basically the motors are able to run cooler with less waste as heat). That only applies when they're both getting power to the ground, though. Thanks for the video, Citizen! You inspired me to get my first ebike (dual motor) a few months ago, and of course to modify it 😎
Interesting bike! Would be cool to see if a controller upgrade would be possible to push more power to the dual motors, and to see how that would perform.

The AMYET BFISPORT EB20 Electric Bike for Adults 500W/ Peak 750W Motor 48V/13.5 AH, 28 + MPH, I purchased was only $649 and gets 34 miles on a full charge. The bike you just tested has an LG 48V 16Ah battery, which makes a big difference. I am adding a 20 AH backup battery to my bike, which with that battery alone could get me 40 miles on a full charge driving on PAS 3, and possibly PAS 4 with the highest PAS being PAS 5 or 9, if set for 0 - 9 PAS.
with the custom ebikes i've made that I noticed on dual motor settings that i've only needed 2/3 of the same amount of amps as a rear motor. Plus a lot less torque needed from a start out from stopped than from a rear only. now with saying that i've also noticed that a front motor was less on both torque needed,and amps needed. Guess it goes on the theory of better to pull something than carry.
If your controller is similar to my controller, I have to go into setting 7 and select 255, and after saving go to setting 7 and change it to 1, this allows the bike to reach speeds of 28 ++ mph, also, set wheel size from 20" to 29" tire, this will unlock speeds of 34 mph ++.
Actually changing the tire size doesn’t increase the speed it changes the display speed to equal the tire size. Just like when you do it on a car it throws the speedometer off because you can’t adjust it.
Impressive mileage on a 16 amp hour battery I think it's pretty simple to sum up it's running LG cells insanely better than your typical Chinese cell batteries great review
This is a great bike. That controller can program bars the way you want, and a setup that takes higher bars out quicker than lower ones is good, as is a long 0 bar time. The cells are good compared to LG for not dropping off slowly past 44-46v. Quick dropoff at 42v is better and more actual usable power than LG cells (which are rated amp hours to below 39v, which is beyond unusable for ebikes). 10lbs extra at 16ah should still be better than 15ah lighter ebike. Acceleration doesn't use more power per mile, and saves a lot of trip time. Because typical batteries don't get discharged past 40%-20%, 16ah is actually up to 10% more range than 15ah. I get over 100km from a 15ah 245lbs riding weight by pedaling and not going much over 20mph. I still use full 900w acceleration for stop and go. I'd expect the same range from this bike. You don't have to hit top speed all the time just because your bike can, and you still want a bike with high acceleration. One source of inefficiency is struggling up a hill. Dual motor, especially ones tuned to lower speed/rpm don't have a reason to be less efficient, especially when they reach rpms easier (because there are two of them)

And the cherries on top: there's free FedEx shipping and sales tax is INCLUDED in the list price. IMO all this makes the Hanevear an insane deal. If you guys are hesitating pulling the trigger, STOP IT! You better buy this bike while you can.
I opened one of my Polarna folding bike batteries that was labeled 14ah on the outside, the cells inside told a different story.. The battery is actually 10.4ah. So I wonder if the battery in this one has larger capacity cells than rated rather than lower in my case.
Would really like it if one review would show the travel of the front and back suspension lol. Even just pushing down on it. I’m torn between this and the Jasion x hunter. Thoughts? New to e-bikes but not bikes lol. Enjoy both single track and riding with friends in town. Love the suspension on the Jasion but the dual motors ugh I’m stuck!
28 miles is impressive for this model and having 2 motors does not work as hard. But considering all those off road and hills it is great for normal paved areas and pretty flat roads I am sure it will make maybe 32-33

Love the channel new subscriber..watched all you're reviews..was looking to buy the H100 ..it's now $1,199 delivered..but having second thoughts at only 28mph...can the bike be unlocked for more speed in the settings? I'm looking at the wired freedom but at $2400 is it worth double the price of the H100? I'm not a fan of the looks of a 26 inch taller bike ..I've been procrastinating for months..can't pull the trigger on anything..looking for a 20-24 x4 inch e bike with speeds of 35 mph and hill climbing power at a $1500 price point if that can be found..
The wired bike definitely has more speed, More power, more battery, better suspension, But it is definitely a steeper price tag. Unfortunately, there is no way to unlock the Hanevear for more speed. I had it fully unlocked. Getting 35mph at a price tag of $1500 is tough. The closest one I can think of would be the ariel rider X class. I believe that one costs around $1600 and it's good for about 33-34 miles an hour. You could also look on facebook marketplace for something used...
@CitizenCycle925 Thank you for the help..I trust your expert opinion I looked into a new 52v ariel rider x class step through ..1 last question please..if someone decided to spend $ 1600-2200 would you buy the 52v x ariel class...wired freedom..or the V2 Goat bike..man that goat bike looks fast claimed 40-50 MPH and its claiming 2600-3000 peak watts 60v with a 50amp controller..it is a direct drive rear hub but on 1 review it killed a 20 degree incline with no head start..and it's on sale now shipped for around $2100..Love your reviews keep up the great work..if you get your hands on a V2 goat I'd love to hear your review..Thank you
@evewilliams5017 depends what you value most. Class is tge cheapest with decent power. Goat bike I have never ridden but it's probably the quietest and fastest. Wired has good speed and power is is most like a bicycle if you don't want to standout. Wired bike is huge though.. don't know your height but hopefully you are at least 5'6".

Lectric has a 14ah option (and a 10ah option). Going the same speed, you'd typically get 10% more range out of this one, unless you are a light person, where the range advantage would be lower.

Quick question and I hope you'll get back to me. I have the Magicycle the first one step thru and I wanna change the chain ring. Not a fan of ghost peddling. Do you have a link for which chainring that benefit my ebike. Keep in in mind, not sure if u knew that Magicycle had two versions of sprockets for the step thru. They had the 4 arm sprocket (x) and 5 arm sprocket(star) . I have the 5 arm one. Do u kno which chainring I can purchase. Can u get back to me and lemme kno if one exists for my ebike
My opinion always trust your GPS it has nothing to prove and is military calibrated the bikes computer on the other hand does have a reason to lie. Bike manufacturers have no incentive to correctly calibrate their computers

Happy with my wired that I just put a 203mm front disk cuz I crashed but havent tested with cold weather. But awesome video! ty for editing it for us!

Check my review video on this bike. I do show the suspensions working. It's not that impressive but it functions.
I'm guessing 14 miles before I see result.. I was way off.. But I didn't know it was so low speed. That's really good though.

I was guessing 20 mile range but the actual was very impressive. My Grizzly should be able to get 50 with over twice the battery.
