@loserind2 now that I can't remember sorry I don't think it was long... but I really don't remember I ordered mine a while back and I got caught in the upgrade. wired will send you a new fender for that bent one. also if you mount the headlight bracket to the back of the crossbar it won't flop down on you and there are screws on both sides of the bracket if it comes loose which it will.

And handles differently, but as long as you my guest with your turn radius and how you lean into turns.Whether it's on the back or not , you get used to the weight or lack of weight
Nope. And it has a death wobble that can’t be fixed by Steve’s lame Visco headset as he claims. If you try to get help from Wired you just get insults and crying from Steve the owner
Looks like your rear fender is bent like mine was while it was in transit. They've already sent me a new one without any hesitation. I see people here asking about the wobbling. I've never had any wobble. CitizenCycle did a pretty good video about it. He determined in was from the weight of the battery being on the rear rack. He applied weight to other ebikes and most did the same thing. Seems like it's only an issue with no hands on the handlebars.
@@Thisis4theByrds Naw, it's kinked, not made that way. Where it attaches to the bar on the rear rack is where it's bent. The fender should be about 3/4" of an inch from the tire all the way around evenly. When I received mine, the rear rack wasn't bolted on the lower arms and I assume that it had been dropped. The box didn't seem to be damaged. Mine was bent so bad it was preventing me to bolt the racks lower mounting arms to the frame. Even the upper arms had been bent. I had to unbolt the upper arms, bolt the lower arms first, then bend the thinner upper arms back in place so I could put the bolts in. After seeing yours was bent like mine, I'm sure they have had a lot of others report the same issue. Looks like mine was bent a little more than yours though. Not a deal breaker, but they sent me a new one right away. I sent them an email & they answered the same day. I took the damaged one off without removing the rear wheel, but it was a pain. Will need to remove the wheel to put the new one on (which I still haven't done). Just keep in mind, you need to loosen the shift controller, and the power switch on the handle bars when you flip the bike upside down to prevent damage. Not realizing this, I cracked the controllers housing a little from not loosening it keeping the bikes weight off it. I've just been riding it without a rear fender, I've just been careful when riding through water. I plan on puttting the new fender on whenever I need to take the rear wheel off for some reason.
