Not always. If you swap the probes and you’ve got different readings, you need to desolder it and then measure it. But if you swap the probes and the readings are the same, you don’t need to desolder it.
Hey, i need some help, i did the update of original system, and now i cant enter on my modchip, nintendo switch just launch on the oriignal one, not on the modchip anymore
Good job. Do you maybe know what's the task of that 100ohm resistor on the switch oled? What will happen if that 100ohm resistor is missing? Please tell me it. :) thank you.
Hey man, can you help me? So, after installing hwfly v5 on a v2 Switch and the hekate software, when I try to do the first steps, which include the eMMC backup, I receive the message "Fail to initialize the eMMC, the eMMC is initialized in slower mode." So, what should I do? 1. I tried reflowing the eMMC, but it was unsuccessful. 2. I attempted reballing the eMMC, but it didn't work either. 3. I purchased a new eMMC from AliExpress, but still no success. 4. I removed the hwfly and placed the eMMC back in its original location on the motherboard, but now I see a pink screen. Therefore, I believe the problem lies not with the eMMC but with the communication between the eMMC and the GPU. Are there any tests I can perform, such as using a multimeter or something else, to confirm this?
Not illegal, piracy is illegal, modding hardware is legal. Has he told how to pirate games? If no then there is nothing illegal in this video. Also your moral values are flawed if you protect Nintendo copyright practices. You are the bad person in this situation and a sheep.
Great work. Reminds me of the one I got in, just no HWFLY install, lol. Thanks for the video
Bon jour Mr Stamper
Fantastic job !! 👍🏻🏆
You can measure a resistor in circuit for the value? Good to know!

@@tvpartsworld806 I figured there was a catch. Appreciate the info and awesome work as always! Love your content.
Man the customer almost had it done! They managed the hardest part, the nand adapter! Surprised they weren't able to get it working
Proabably knocked the resistor off
It is a 0402 100R resistor or 0201 100R?
In this case hwfly turns on some light when trying to start ?
Whats the benefits about updated versions?

Awesome. Congrats from Brazil

I guess if that 100 ohm resistor is missing it won't boot
Great job. You inspired me to start doing some soldering and try to fix some old games :) keep it up
kinda weird that the emmc chip cover is missing
You work 👍 so perfect 100% Repair man 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Le acaban de instalar hwfly 4.1 a mi oled inicio bien al reiniciarla solo entra en modo normal y el led del hwfly se queda azul cian

I just installed v4 on a patched switch and i had to update the firmware before anything worked
How much would you want to mod my switch oled?
reminds me of installing the coolrunner glitch chips on the xbox360
I got a problem with mine I’m sure it’s the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth are weak signal after the install

awesome job
Hi where are you based? Can I send you my oled switch for mod please
Not really a good look installing an illegal mod chip in a Nintendo console.
Bro what!? The chip is not illegal what you do with it after it's install could be considered "illegal"
