He said it himself, the way Arya talks, how she knows to read and write, and her knowledge about history of Westeros is impossible for a peasant, or at least extremely difficult. Maybe Tywin wanted Arya to learn more so she could use his knowledge in her favor, that could be the reason he shared with the girl what he knows such as the meaning of legacy, the purpose of winning a war, the way he views himself and his house.
Here after watching House of dragon and damn the way I have to remember how gloomy, dark and ruined GOT truly is after Dance of Dragon. You truly believe they’re talking about a really powerful fallen empire while this is just its ruins pristine together.
2:09 Cersei had also that tomboyish personality, but unlike Arya she resigned to what is expected from a woman in society by that time, she tells to Sansa during the battle of Blackwater that she'd prefer to face the thousand blades of her enemies instead of hiding behind her chaimers, I guess that's partially the reason she looks embittered the whole time
Cersei, like Arya, was not happy with what was expected of her but Cersei is much crueler, more ridiculously jealous and less intelligent than Arya. Arya is quick to befriend, even prostitutes in Braavos, but Cersei is incapable of friendship because of her envy and paranoia. Tywin’s bad parenting didn’t help.
