To all people who doesn't know anything about Chinese cuisine. Why add eggs on stir fried rice noodles??? Let's used your common sense. Rice noodles was rice in carbohydrates, green leafy vegetables was riched in different nutrients and fiber. Eggs were rich in protein. They don't use coconut oil but instead they used peanut oil,canola oil. They also uses sesame oil.

这盤炒米粉的确"料"很丰富,最重要的还是有猪油的味道。
豬油是由豬腹部的油脂提煉而成。豬油有特殊的香味,可以提鮮,增進食慾,開胃健脾促消化,適量食用,可以補虛身體,緩解食慾不振、脾胃虛弱等病症。豬肉含有豐富的脂肪,可以給身體提供大量的熱量,可以起到禦寒保暖的作用。豬肉是油脂,可以潤滑腸道,使大便順暢,緩解和治療便秘。但是,豬油不宜多吃,容易發胖,增加患心腦血管疾病的機率。
应该把菜分开炒,最后拌在一块,又省力,菜又好吃。她这样炒费力,青菜味道也不好。

Yes, there are similar ones in the Philippines, but the taste is completely different from that in China. Filipino food is too salty.

其实是平阳炒粉干,因为平阳是温州下面的一个县,所以这家人在外地开就用大家更熟悉的温州两个字。外地人叫的米线在温州叫粉干,而平阳粉干更细,像粉丝那样细,质感干,煮汤口感差,就适合炒起来吃。
这不是米粉哦,这是粉干,虽然看起来差不多,但实际口感有区别的
