N.B. I was B&R in the City of St Anthony. I was there when the Dallas Chaparells became the San Antonio Spurs. I was there for Iceman and James "Captain Late" Silas. I was in San Marcos when Silas tore up his knee in an exhibition game. He would have been a HOF guard but was never the same after that. My prediction for '24-'25: 45+ wins and a 4-5 seed; Mark my words, the Spurs will compete next year b/c VW is THAT GREAT. Those who cannot see that he will be even greater in Year 2, esp w/CP3, have no vision. Maybe they get an all-star veteran player (TBD) that the Spurs will be bringing onboard to get VW his ring in Year 2, which is when TDuncan got his first. Grab your popcorn b/c the "D" juggernaut (VW-Sochan-Castle) that will be the Spurs next season will have some fireworks with VW at Point Center and CP3 as PG.
I was happy with rod dillingham but i also heard a good take where he’s only 6’1 and 175 which made him a liability at defense in college and we already lack defense and a lot of his finish ability at the rim would be a problem because of his size…. Idk how to really feel about him anymore tbh
I totally understand that, I heard a lot about his size being an issue for the league, but this man has some handles and speed. Steph Curry is only 6’2 and 185. With Dillingham only being 19 yrs old I’d hope he’s not done growing 😊
Spurs got both Castle and Dilly. But this year's starting lineup will be VW-Sochan-Castle-Vassell-CP3. I'm predicting 45 wins b/c VW is THAT GREAT!!! And Spurs fans forget about Blake, who is faster than Dilly. Blake significantly improved in Year 2 and will be a regular rotational player in Year 3 to see if he is in the Spurs future.
