I have suffered with severe tinnitus for almost 2 decades with no relief from anything. I found a similar bowl set @ a 2nd hand store and someone was showing how to use, my tinnitus reduced by at least %50 in those few minutes. There was 4 different bowls/freq. I took home 2 of them and after 15 minutes my tinnitus was completely gone. It returns every 6-10 days depending on stress levels but I have a way to find relief.
