My Mother passed away recently and unexpectedly, two days before her birthday. I was just meditating to this music a few minutes ago and started to hum along. Suddenly I found tears flowing down my face.. as I realized the lightness of this music reminded me of her soul.. And it touches a place I'd locked up because it reminded me of her, and the reminder of her loss had been too painful.. now I realize, that playful flute that she was so in tune with, is so important for me to carry with me.
